Very central location across from a park and 10-15 minute walking distance to most historical landmarks and central market. The room is spacious and reception staff is friendly and helpful. Only 2 minute walk to the Walking Street! Tons of restaurants and coffee shops and tour operators and money exchange offices around hotel area.

Checked in here today, coming from Ho Chi Minh. Excellent staff. Front desk was very helpful. Room is very clean. Definitely above standard for a 3 star hotel or whatever the hotel class is. For the price, why would you even drop a star?? Note: there's no elevator, so don't be surprised. And pool closes at 9pm.
Good location....next to the park....which is good since Ho Chi Minh city can feel a little crowded and overwhelming at times. One block away from the main backpacker street with lots of hostels and cheap bars/restaurants (just tables set up in the street really). The room was good. Had everything I needed. Wasn't expensive. No complaints.
