Front door staff and restaurant staff are friendly. Reception staff are fine, just very busy. Good location near bars, market and other areas of interest. Breakfast is excellent and the Rooftop bar and restaurant also fabulous. Our room was dark (lights were not bright), but it was a good size for 3 nights. The hotel is a bit dated but other than that it's fine.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, the breakfast bar was good with a wide variety of food to choose. However, the hotel is rather old and need an upgrade. The street noise on Pham Ngu Lao street was too noisy, all night long. I was unable to sleep despite of extreme fatigue from long flights. I would not choose hotel on this street in future.

The hotel has a central location not very far from the central market. The hotel is not so nice. We had a dark room and the only view from the window was a wall. The breakfast buffet has more choice for Asian people than Western tourists.

We stayed here on the final 3 nights of our North to South Vietnamese tour. On arrival we were told that room 801 was the only room left and that we were lucky as it was a suite which had a balcony ! It turned out to be a room with large concrete space outside with nothing to sit on. Worse night of our lives and the noise was still going on at 6am next Morning. Anyway, we packed, complained, and took off on a daytrip. On our return we had been moved to 815 which was at the back of the hotel and a huge improvement .The Hotel is in a very handy location, opposite the park, near the markets and loads of bars and restaurants. Very close to an excellent bakery and convenience store. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and we found the staff all very helpful as well.

A basic 3* hotel with all the required necessities. Perfect for a two-night stay. It is situated thirty minutes away from the Saigon river and a few minutes away from pubs and restaurants. Laundry is cheaper than other places and we received the clothes back on hangers very neatly. Huge selection at breakfast. Staff are very polite, helpful and we could communicate in English.

Huge!!!!!! Clean room. Massive breakfast with more selection than I've seen anywhere... Awesome location. Weekend night market across the road. At the end of the park is a large market with anything and everything including about 100 small restaurants. 10 min walk to all the clubs A great central location

This is the worst massage experience I have had in Vietnam and in the world in general. The masseurs are highly unprofessional and forced me for "something extra". When denied, the quality of massage declined drastically and she left the room 4 times for God knows what reason. I paid for a 60-minute massage but the masseur literally aksed me to leave at the 30-minute mark. Then after arguing for 15 20 minutes, the guy at reception said that he'll get her to complete the massage. Obviously, the massage would have been a horrible one after whatever happened hence I declined and walked off. Another masseur just put a tip of 500k VND on the receipt and gave my friend a handjob. We were 5 friends who went for the massage but none of us got it for 60 min everyone was told that the massage is over at around 40 45 min mark.

I booked a suite for 3 nights.... Glitter was stuck in the carpet any sofas. I got a skin rash from sleeping in the bed. The bathroom seems to be from the ‘60 with damaged bath tub and dirty bath curtain. No air conditioning in the common areas. Restaurant for breakfast is at 29 degrees Celcious. Food is so so, but acceptable. First morning there, after returning to the hotel at 6:30 am, someone insists to come in the room at 8:30!! I wake up and go to the door... housekeeping, Saturday morning at 8:30!!?? WTF!!?? I ask politely for him to come back later and he keeps insisting. I close the door and go back to sleep. And I missed out on the room cleaning and even on the toilet paper, that must be very expensive around here.... The elevators go back to the ‘70, therefore be very very very patient. The location might be good, but the hotel is unacceptable under western standards. I’m not talking luxury, but decency. No value for money!

It was good to walk into a hotel reception in Vietnam and people could talk and understand English, room was clean & tidy & good value for what we payed, you have a relaxing area in foyer, location is within walking distance markets ect & night life

As you are not supposed to explore Saigon from the hotel room, this hotel has everything you need. It is clean, the rooms has AC and the breakfast is good. No luxury, but why would you need that. Staff is helpful and makes sure you get what you need.
