Doanh on the front counter is very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Ask for Doanh if you need assistance. Although everyone is nice. Nice modern room overlooking the park and close to everything. Aircon was good and toilet flushed. Can't ask for more.

We are 2 adults, 1 child under 5 and 1 child under 10 years old. The receptionist named Doanh charges us an extra bed fee of VND 315,000. As a rule, in this case, the extra charge for breakfast for the second child is 85,000 vnd. This way of doing things is dishonest and not clear. We underestimate the level of honesty in the business and professional level of the Que Huong 4 hotel team.

The sound proof of the hotel rooms are not very good, I can hear the horn of the vehicles on the road side since 430 am. The hotel is undergoing renovation now, we were upgraded to their newest room because the air con is faulty. The food at the restaurant is good though, I had seen many locals come to eat their buffets on weekends.

Besides the breakfast - which I really liked because it was up in the 9th floor with a great view and a large selection of different foods and beverages - I was very disappointed by this hotel. I've been to Vietnam for about three weeks and have seen many hotels in different categories but the service in this hotel was the worst service: unprofessional and beyond unfriendly. And they kept my passport which I really hate (I know that a few hotels do this but when I asked to get it back I always did). But the worst thing: cockroaches - many cockroaches in our bathroom and every time I removed them all the next were coming from nowhere.

This hotel is located a block or two away from the hostel/party section of town (behind it). We found the location (on the park) great as it was not IN the sketchy/party section of town, but NEAR it. It was fairly quiet and classy while fairly simple. Breakfast is on the top (9th) floor and you have some great city views. Overall pretty nice, no frills, clean, and the staff was helpful. No complaints at all.

We stayed just for one night at the Liberty Saigon Parkview Hotel. The room was very spacious and air con worked well. The location is ideal right on the busy Pham Ngu Lao Street, District 1. Some rooms have a very nice view of the 23/9 park on the opposite side of the street. Rooms on the higher floors are quiet with little street noise. The breakfast buffet was adequate and staff are helpful. Would certainly consider staying here again when in Ho Chi Minh City. Recommended !

We stayed two nights and found the hotel to be very good in all area. The room wasn't very fancy but neither was the price. It was a very spacious room and very clean with great air conditioning. It also had free, good wifi. I'm stunned that in Australian hotels we usually have to pay for wifi but in a budget priced (but very good) hotel in Vietnam it is free. All the hotels we stayed in had really good, free wifi. Also included in the price was a great buffet breakfast with omelettes and pho made to order, such good value. Lots of restaurants, cafes and convenience stores nearby. This hotel is in a great location and at such a great price I would happily stay here again.

This centrally located hotel has quality staff ,from reception through to housemaids , which makes any stay a delight . Immaculately clean rooms with great food ,, my hotel of choice in Ho Chi Minh City

I will preface this comment by saying that I have been to over 40 countries and have visited Vietnam 7-8 times. Consequently, I know about hotels - the good, the bad, and the ugly. More important, I am very familiar with the Liberty Hotel Parkview (as well as their excellent sister hotel, Greenview, which is located down the street about a block away). So, what do I think of this hotel? In one word, it is "Outstanding." The reasons for my positive opinion are numerous: 1. An excellent staff, especially the front desk and restaurant staff; 2. Comfortable, large rooms, with very good beds; 3. Reasonable room rates which reflect good value for your money; 4. Recent exterior and lobby remodeling, e.g., the hotel looks much better painted white versus the pink that it was; 5. A very good hot sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and cold water immersion room, which you can enjoy all day long for 100,000 dong . . . for another 100,000 dong, you can get a one hour massage too (total cost - 200,000 equals approximately $10 USD); and, 6. Access to numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a very large park across the street. My only complaint was a problem with the shower/sink water, i.e., the water was dirty brown and cloudy when I initially turned it on. I contacted maintenance and they addressed the problem immediately by flushing the pipes. Additionally, the front desk manager compensated me on my room rate. This is STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE at this hotel. THEY WILL NEVER IGNORE A PROBLEM BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION, SO BE NICE WHEN YOU ADDRESS THEM. THEY ARE TRYING THEIR HARDEST TO PLEASE THEIR GUESTS. In conclusion, you could do much, much worse than this hotel. As I mentioned in the beginning of my review, I have been to Vietnam many times and have stayed at many hotels in Saigon, but this one is the best for the reasons I have already stated.

The first thought was, "Oh, my goodness! There's so much room!" Lots of space, decent bed, pleasant interior, a bathtub, nice bathroom. It has all the basics and then some. Plenty of hanging space. Room for suitcases, even on the floor, still giving ample room for walking. The breakfast was great. Variety of foods. Pleasant service. Nice views. Inside or outside eating options. Neighborhood had many affordable eateries, variety of foods, good local dishes. Hotel staff worked well, answered questions, assisted in all ways. They were very courteous. The only negative had nothing to do with the hotel itself. There are exercise classes across the street at the park. One morning, quite early, the class started and the individual in charge had the music volume incredibly high. It was wicked. No other morning was as bad. It's a matter of luck, bad on that day. It's a good hotel.
