Great and convenient shuttle that alleviates all issues with cabs etc. They have a desk to book tours. Have a great restaurant and gym as well. Great hotel and very nice staff.

This hotel is very strictly, when your friends come , they cannot enjoy a swimming pool with you. You have to buy $25 ticket for each person to entering the pool.

The hotel is nice, the staff friendly but the location is the worse possible. It does not lead to the business center nor the touristic center nor does it show the real Saigon. Amenities are rare. No breakfast included, no fast internet if one needs real work on it. Prices are 10 more expensive that a store down the road for drinks and snacks. Nice pool and nice size room. To be avoided if visiting Vietnam for the culture, the food, the atmosphere

Well I am pleased I only paid $90.00 (half price) or I would be even more dissapointed. At 8am The staff started using a drill and rotor hammer outside my room, asked them to stop and 2 hours later still working out in the hall. Offered me 30,000d ($1.50us) voucher for cab ride. Gave us wrong room to start (smoking 2 twin beds ) Mold in bathtub shower. Like I said not 5 star hotel

The food is very good, however the maids did not change the sheets. I was grossed out to discover this. Perhaps and isolated circumstance.

This hotel is actually quite far from the city center, which can be a good thing because you are surrounded by the 'real' city, not the tourist-centric area. However, this also makes for quite a journey if you want to go to tourist attractions (the hotel will get a taxi for you). This hotel goes far out of its way to make you feel like you are not in Vietnam at all. Everything is in English (with huge markups on food and drinks, priced in USD only). The best thing to do is to leave the hotel and look for the numerous local businesses nearby. I found it disappointing that the hotel tries to make you forget you are in Vietnam altogether.
