I booked a 2 bedroom/2 bath apt and the room we got was not at all close to what was pictured per my room selection on the site and what I paid for. We had a group of four and put in a 1 bedroom/1 bath with almost no furniture; this made our stay inconvenient and uncomfortable. The bed was very firm, 1 towel had only been left in the room when I had indicated 4 guests would be staying. Overall, the place is pretty underwhelming and did not meet my expectations - especially as the room I got was not what we paid for. The gym had a treadmill and a few weights; and thee front desk gal was nice and other guests seemed to enjoy the pool but I would not stay again.

While there were a few issues with our apartment, once we spoke to reception they were all fixed quickly. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English. Was family friendly, but a 30 min taxi into the city, despite only being 6kms.
