Good location, away from the hustle and bustle of D1 but only a short distance away from D1. Apartment was clean and tidy and suitable for most occasions when visiting Vietnam. We just had our second amazing stay here and we'll absolutely be back! The bedroom is super cosy, nestled in a quiet alley just steps from the city center buzz. Phuong are incredible, he genuinely go above and beyond! Think spot-on late-night food finds, sorting out a motorbike rental, and checking in to ensure everything was perfect. This is our go-to spot in Ho Chi Minh City, every single time.

The location is perfect, just 2 mins walk to Phan Xich Long street - full of restaurants and cafes. It's also convenient to get to D1. Check in was super easy and flexible. The location is perfect, basically can walk to anywhere, phuong is very friendly and helpful, the room is very nice, hot water is great, next to a main road but not noisy, can use the washing machine and drier, we’ll choose this again next time visiting HCMC
