Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Die Anlage kenne ich bereits, aber diesmal war es katastrophal. Als wir ankamen, war das Apartment angeblich nicht mehr verfügbar. Anstatt es vorher mit dem Gast zu kommunizieren, wird bei der Abholung am Flughafen gesagt, dass sie uns woanders unterbringen wollen. Völlig unprofessionell. Das ist ein Masche, Gäste in eine andere billigere Unterkunft unterzubringen, mit der Hoffnung, dass es auch klappt. Ich kann nur dringend hiervon abraten.
