There was a little issue when we first got to the hotel. When I booked the room via hotels.com and the room was for up to 4 people so we thought as long as we booked that room then we can stayed up to 4 people since our sister will stay with us. When we checked in the hotel agent we been told that we could only allow up to 2 people while our hotel room reserved for 2 beds. Since we booked through hotels.com, the hotel agent could not resolve the issue and since we were so tired after travelled over 21 hrs straight, we decided to pay extra so we can get some rest. We tried to contact hotels.com but no answered.

Staff and cleanliness, although something needs serious attention. Some parts of the property wall are peeling off specially in the spa, in our room it also have a sign of wallpaper uneven. This is not something you see in 5 star hotels. Also, we requested quite room but unfortunately we were assigned in a room that have constant noise of water running through ( avoid 1105 )every 2 minutes. The staff had offered us to move but it was little late were already in bed and too tired to pack. We had another booking in nearby by hotel and had to check out early so we could get better experience in this hotel as it is 5 star but we were not completely satisfied. Anyway this place still a nice convenient place to stay and we still recommend it.

Very well located. Clean room with a huge & comfortable bed & nice river view. Breakfast amazing with so many choices. Staff very kind, helpful and attentive. Esp mention to Hana, Bella & Ivy. Appreciated the card , made our stay and anniversary memorable. Thank you so much. Would stay here again next time and we highly recommend to anyone looking for a good hotel to stay in HCM!

Great Hotel with a fantastic breakfast!

Our visit was absolutely fantastic as always! We only stay at the Grand Hotel while visiting HCMC and plan to continue doing so. We feel safe and welcome.
