Gym equipment too old and faulty, pool too small. Breakfast same everyday. I booked room with view. They gave me room without view. From one window I see the wall and another showed the passage of the floor. Room still bright after closing curtains. Curtains too thin
I loved this hotel. A magnificent place to stay, in an excellent neighborhood. We had a wonderful family suite, overlooking the pool and courtyard which was beautiful.The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding as well as the food in the main dining room. I would highly recommend staying at this property when visiting Saigon.

This hotel was in a very convenient location and had very helpful staff. My only complaint is that the shower was prone to flood and was thus in need of plumbing work.
Problem with extra charges up front that put a bad taste on the experience.
Staff was neither competent or polite when addressing issues I had. Complimentary room upgrades should be complimentary, not an attempt to make an additional sale. Unimpressed and disappointed. Will not stay or have my employees stay at this hotel in the future
