NOT WORTH THE PRICE

This hotel should be re-named to guesthouse or motel. It seems to be a very family owned type of business and everyone is so unprofessional. They are friendly, but just not professional. First of all they could not find my booking through their system, and did not speak a word of English. I had a hard time communicating with them so I had to facetime my brother overseas to translate for me. The lights in the lobby were turned off so it looked very dark and dingy. They turned on a couple of lights whenever I go to the lobby to ask questions, and then quickly turned them off before I even leave. It seems like they are desperately trying to conserve energy. The rooms are very basic and in poor condition. Amenities are too a minimum. Totally not worth the price paid.

Not very good

This hotel is dirty, dark and smelly. 1st they wasn't able to find my reservation, 2nd half of the lights in the hotel were turn off so I had to use my phone light to find my way around, 3rd I paid extra for a room with window it turn out the window is 3 feet away from the other building so I left the curtain shut the whole time, 4th the towels smell pretty much the whole room smell. Not staying here ever again.

I stayed there only 2 nights then i gave it up. In the day time i went out with my friends, came back to sleep at late evening because I couldn't get another room at that time. It's a dirty hotel and nothing comfortable, the water there so smelly, I don't even want to take a shower, I brushed my teeth n washed my face with drinking water that i bought at the store. And no hot water to take shower unless asked the receptionist.. And a lot more inconvenient things..

服务热情

酒店硬件设施比较老旧，床单、枕套不干净，有异味。提供的洗漱用品只是可以使用而已。提供塑料拖鞋。洗澡热水需要找前台才能有。双床房只有2间，入住时没有双床房了，只好将就个大床房。酒店服务很热情，虽然语言不通，沟通困难，但仍然想办法解决我们的问题，最感动的是早晨出门后，前台追我们好一段路用手比划着叫我们回去吃早饭。这里的早餐是酒店旁边的餐馆提供的，炒河粉，很好吃，前台还送了瓶装水。饭店所在区域离市中心9公里，相对偏远，但适合了解当地人的真实生活。当地人很好客，热情，就像见到家人一样和你聊天，只可惜听不懂越南语，只能看着他们开心的表情。
