good

I liked that the whole staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. Check in and out process were quick. There were many foods around within walkable distance. The place was clean and we also felt safe. They gave house keeping service daily. I just wish that the house keeping staff could have been more quiet while working in the morning. We could hear every single sound/noise/conversations they made in the hallway from our room. Probably they weren’t aware of that. The other thing was the hotel wi fi was really weak. Other than that, we still had a very great stay. We loved the view from our room. We also enjoyed the infinity pool. We’ll definitely stay there again if we’re in town.

I am just a regular customer who has no association with this hotel or services related to the business of this hotel (or orbitz). I would say this is an "okay" hotel where the price isnt terribly expensive. I rarely write bad review but i would think some of them need to be retrained if the hotel wants to bring up their standing.

Ok to all, nothing is special, beside top roof cafe is nice view.

Excellent location, fantastic capsule room, clean, good swimming pool... everything awesome!

My first reception was exceptional. Hospitality was very good and very friendly.

The Bell hops and most of the front desk staff were great. The hotel is slightly dated but that’s to be expected in the city. Location was great and the rooftop bar was nice. Overall the stay was pleasant and I would stay here again.

Average hotel, room ok, restaurants ok, top roof cafe is good, buffet ok.

Great stay, really enjoyed the morning buffet. We friendly staff.

My son and I had an awesome time. Looking forward to staying with them again

This was my second visit to Sunland. Very close to everything on a tourist guidebook for Saigon.

The most enjoyable thing about this hotel is its location. It is very close to many of the downtown attractions, the bar street and also some great street food right around the corner. It also had a decent pool to cool off in after wondering the streets in high heat. The most disappointing thing about the hotel was the condition of some of the facilities. One of the elevators had broken down so there were often long waits to use the elevator, making it faster just to take the stairs. Also, there was a leak coming from the clean water source from behind the toilet in my room, resulting in a small but constant puddle. The drains in the shower did not drain well resulting in the bathroom flooding when showering. The walls were also very thin resulting in being woken up when groups of people would arrive late or leave early. The breakfast buffet had lots of options but was not particularly appetizing. Overall the stay was decent. I secured a nice online discount and can not be disappointed with what I got for the money. If I were to have paid full price, I would have not thought it to be a good value for the price.

Nice and good hotel which I stayed in Saigon with family

Well valued hotel close to all the action. Rooms clean and comfortable.great view. will stay there nxt time to Sgn again. Highly recommend

We decided to see Vietnam, this couldn't of been a better to use as a base hotel to see the sights in Siagon. Every major sight was within easy walking distance, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect at their hotel. I would come to this hotel every time to stay in Ho Chi Minh City in the future.

It was all good and at reasonable Vietnam prices. Service people were very polite and helpful, pool clean, decoren breakfast good with vegetarian options

hotel is conveniently located, rooms were huge and clean, breakfast ok
