The hotel was really nice with a refreshing welcoming drink and the stuff was very friendly (they call you a taxi or help you for everything). The room was good, large double bed and enough space to enjoy your stay. The bathroom was modern and clean with daily new towels and room service. The fitness room might need a second treadmill (that two people can run together) but the fitness was very welcoming and well-decorated. The price for the massage was ok 15$ for 30 minutes massage. The swimming pool on the rooftop was fascinating! We were the only one in there so it was fantastic. We could appreciate the nice view. Besides, you can go to the city centre by foot or take a taxi for $1 if it's near or $2 if it's a further distance. Be careful to use the white company (official one) or the green (concurrence) but no other taxis because we were betrayed by a taxi man. Ho Chi Minh offers a lot of possibilities, so enjoy!

Very happy with this hotel, 4 star, but worth the bit extra. We moved here from another hotel which was not at all suitable, and poor service. The Paragon was good, nice clean room and bathroom, not overly large, but nice. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast really good. Good position, the construction work was a bit of a nuisance, but did not impact in any way. Able to walk to many things, the market and good restaurants. Good stay, would go back again.

We (2 adults and 2 kids 7 and 10 years old) stayed in a family suit for 4 nights. The room was sufficient in size with two childrens beds doubling as sofa and sitting area. The breakfast is quite delicate with a mix of vietnamese, asian and western cuisine. The pool is rooftop and very small and shallow, and if you stay in the lotus wing you have to cross through the reception in your swim gear which is less ideal. It also closes at 7pm which is too early, and since there us no lifeguard anyway a bjt strange. There was a construction going on across the street and they start early even in the weekend. But also there is noise coming from the other rooms above, sometime what feels like all through the night. It almost sounded like someone was moving around furniture in the middle of the night. The staff is generally very friendly and attentive. Overall an ok hotel

This is a very nice hotel, the staff were friendly, the room clean and well presented. But the building work across the road ramps up at 9pm and shuts down at 5am. It is impossible to sleep if you have a room facing the road. Until this building is finished I would not stay here.

After spending a wonderful week exploring Vietnam from Hanoi in the North to Halong Bay and Hoi An, we arrived in the buzhub of HCMC (Saigon). We were never disappointed with the hotels we stayed thus far on our journey until we arrived at the Paragon Saigon. What a pity that this memorable holiday should be spoiled on our last stop! The hotel caters more for the businessman and is really not suitable for people on holiday. Our first night was almost ruined by the noise we had to endure from the rooftop bar and disco above our heads, and we were fortunate to change our room to a lower level for the next 2 nights. Alas, the bathroom and shower is designed very poorly and is very difficult to access without the risk of injuring yourself when exiting after ablution! Also, the water leaks all over the floor as the shower door does not seal out the water? We had to request extra towels just to mop up the water on the floor every day. The breakfast offering was also disappointing for a supposed classy establishment. Seriously, there are many more alternative hotels we found in the surrounding area which looked to be a better proposition

New journey with new experience in Saigon!! It's come up with great service in Fusion Restaurant by all staffs especially supervisor Mr. Duc. Always care about us and what impressive is he guess what we need. Once again, thank you for your service!!! Will come back soon.

At the end of our Mekong River tour we spent 3 days in Saigon at the Paragon hotel. We were welcomed to our room by lovely young ladies. Our room was clean and spacious. We were celebrating our Anniversary and the hotel gave us a bottle of wine and had a very nice decoration on our bed made of towels and flowers. The Paragon is centrally located. I was not sure how welcome Americans would be but I was very pleasantly surprised that we were made to feel very welcomed. I would return given the chance to go back to Saigon and stay at the Paragon. The restaurant was nice and had good choices. The rooftop bar offered a good nighttime view of the city.

+ Clean and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bedding. - Poor bath tub design, after every shower, my friend managed to get the bath floor wet (that's an understatement - flooded would be a better word to describe it). No full length mirror. The hot food from the buffet breakfast were mainly cold.

This hotel has great staff, very professional and well trained to handle customers from around the world. The rooms were tidy, housekeeping excellent and the hotel location in District 1 was great to get around.

This hotel was clean, had good service, excellent breakfast buffet, rooftop pool/ bar, and a central location to walk to all the sites of downtown. The surrounding area felt safe as well. You are about a 15 min walk to the city center with shopping, entertainment, food, etc., however even on the same block were good places to eat and/ or get massages! We were able to plan excursions from the hotel concierge too.
