This place was very central from were everything was. There are plenty of restaurants and the big covered market place is about 4 blocks away. The rooms are nice and clean. The only thing i missed was a swimming pool.

I've booked a 5 nights Paradise Suite with Sunbath. The Professional pictures shows large room with seating area, double sinks with bathroom walking out to the sunbath / jacuzzi. The room I got was no different than a standard room with an outside Jacuzzi. Spoke to the receptionist and was told this is the only room with Sunbath. If you are a light sleeper, you should never stay here. The loud music from across the night club was totally out of control every night. The first night I had requested to change to a rear facing room because of the noise. However, my request was rejected and i was told that this music does not play everyday but by occasion only. This is not the case. You would not want to use the Jacuzzi. Its filthy and paint chips everywhere. I was totally ripped off. Shame on you Tripadvisor for having this hotel on your site.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The bellboys were helpful and welcoming. The reception was prompt and efficient. They took a copy of my passport instead of keeping it like some hotels. Having booked at booking.com, the price for the stay was quoted in USD with an estimated equivalent in VND. As i don't like not knowing what rate will be applied by the hotel at the time of payment, i was assured that the estimated amount in VND will be honoured should the rate move against USD. The reception took a "deposit" equivalent to the entire stay, which i paid in AUD as i just landed and had no VND. The AUD notes were returned when payment in VND was made at checkout. The room had all the mod cons and amenities of a 4-star hotel. It was spotless and serviced well. The only thing 3-star about this hotel was the towels 😄. Breakfast was served on the top floor with a nice view of the city, so i can check out where the surrounding hotels are serving breakfast. Be aware that the lift only goes to the 10th floor and there are 10 steps up to the breakfast room. Both western and vietnam ese/other asian choices were available . Another 3-star feature is: only 1 type of milk is available (full cream). Lactose intolerant guests will have to forego their cereals. At checkout, Gatsby and Steven (the bellboys) helped finding a cardboard box to pack my extra luggage and taped it up securely for storage. Ben Thanh market is 10 mns of leisure walk away, during which you'll plenty of windows to browse. Will stay at this hotel again.

I book online for Premium Deluxe room and photo show with bathtub. When I check in they gave me room without bathtub. I told them your website shown Premium Deluxe room with bathtub and now my room no bathtub. They explained that if single traveler they will give premium Deluxe room without bathtub and if couple or double traveler they will give Premium Deluxe room with bathtub. Last they change for me. Kindly take note The location is good and surrounding have massage shop, dining place. Five minute walk you can reach Ben Thanh Market. 10 minute walk to Saigon Square and Takashimaya Vietnam

I really wanted to give 5 stars but had to give 4 instead - one morning I woke up to a big dead cockroach on the floor - had no idea where it came from and no one tried to explain to me at all or apologize. Stayed in a Premium Deluxe. Absolutely loved the room, the bathroom, bathtub - excellent value for the price I paid. Hope they will maintain them well as I intend to return when I come back to Saigon next time! Most of the staff were friendly - some restaurant staff could use some improvements, like smile a little more for Christ's sakes, you're in the service industry; and be polite please - though I look Chinese it doesn't necessarily mean I speak Mandarin, and I was speaking to you in English!

Booked this hotel at Expedia last minute and got a reasonable price for a 3 star hotel which is directly opposite and overlooking New World Hotel. Was welcome with a drink over at the reception counter and it seems to me there is some standards over here. Overall the hotel is very clean throughout there is only one lift but its a very efficient fast elevator. Rooms and surroundings are very modern beddings are new clean sheets, bathroom is very new with my favourite Grohe taps that stands out. Honestly, it feels like a 4 star luxury boutique. Staff were very professional and well groom with their ironed uniform, but i think there is a lack of humour or smile, other than that its fine. Staffs are very helpful especially “Mark” the front office staff was extremely couteous, helpful and go all out to guide your needs during your stay. I was given a room facing the back which makes my night seems quiet in this busy city which amazingly I felts very surprised, on closer look at the windows i realised it was double glazed, and there is no buzzing and honking that would penerate these windows. I have stayed many hotel in the district 1, this 3 star hotel is worth to try especially its walking distance to ben thanh market. If u want to save money not going to a 4 star and above then this would be the likely choice. Breakfast is sufficient and towards the above average scale, there are chefs behind the buffet bar that prepares your food if u want, other than that there are western and vietnamese dishes available. I counted 5-6 waiteress serving with a captain they are all so eager to serve you :) The cons of the hotel are the charges of the mini bars, they are quite steep but ober there u can find many 24 hours mini marts available nearby. I have checked the SPA in the hotel which they are outsourced, the price are very expensive compared to others, i would say 50% more, I declined, not even the mere 5% discount being a guest of the hotel helps. i would suggest going to area around ben thanh area to find alternatives. Would I come back ? if it’s at a reasonable price.

Location - just a 5 mins walk straight down the street to Ben Thanh area. I love that it wasn't too close to the noisy markets and the area around the hotel is generally cleaner than the rest of HCM. Comfort- clean rooms, quality beds and pillows. The walls are a little thin so we could hear the cleaning of rooms nearby but it wasn't so bad as to disrupt our rest. Security - we read about some bad experiences with security in HCM hotels but had no issues in Paradise Saigon Boutique. In fact, they register each guest with the room and you can only access your floor if you have the key card. Will definitely be booking the same hotel when I visit HCM again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast very nice with a different selection on offer each day. The air-conditioning provided a cool welcome after a hard day's sightseeing! Very close to Ben Thanh market but not too close for noise etc. Highly recommend.

I traveled from Hanoi to HCMC and tried to keep my hotel range in the $30-$50/night range. This was by far the best value for the money I spent of a bunch of places I stayed. Hotel was clean, lobby was modern and welcoming. The rooms were also really clean, spacious and modern as well. Even the bathrooms were updated, clean, and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to HCMC.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and the experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, spoke english very well, rooms were clean, comfortable and serviced daily. The reception staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is situated in an excellent location right in the middle of the city, close to shops, restaurants and cafes. Would recommend this hotel highly and would definitely stay there again.
