There is comfortable seating, gorgeous hardwood floors,a large flat screen television, dining table seats six with additional on your private balcony. This villa paradise has its all- beautiful beaches, lush natural beauty, native wildlife, miles of walkways and bike paths, world-class golf and tennis facilities, spa services, a nearby full-service marina and a variety of shops and restaurants.

Yacht Club has just completed an extensive exterior renovation and it is a gleaming spot in the Harbor!  Freshly painted balconies, porches, hallways and buildings, never been a better time to visit this great location!

Great location with an exceptional view close to everything. However the pictures do not reflect the reality of the state of the condo. It needs lots of work to bring it to the level previously experiences with VRBO. Overall clean but aged and in dire need of renovation.
