The home is beautiful and description was accurate. It was concerning when we arrived and door code for front door was not working, and we were unable to reach anyone on Saturday during check-in leading to a delay in accessing the home. The pool did not appear to have been cleaned on arrival and though we paid extra to have the pool & spa both heated the heat was not working and there was no response via the app tool or the calls the the office on Saturday or Sunday. On Monday, I finally got a return call after sending another message and was told that they would put a work request into have the pool Comosny come out to look. When I asked about a refund on the heat, they said they would see what the technician said and would get back to me with a possible prorate for the heating cost. At 4:15pm a tech arrived and said the spa had been clogged and this is why the heat was not turning on. Checkout was the next day at 10am so not only did we not enjoy the pool or spa ( reason for selecting the house) but also received no response to the request for a full refund for the additional charge for pool and additional charge for spa heat. Finally, the last day we were there of our three night stay we wanted to grill out but the gas grill was also not working.
