Pet Friendly, Shelter Cove Views - Bike to Beach!

This charming property in popular Harbourside Villas, has lovely water views and also overlooks Neptune, the worlds largest sundial!  Situated on the fourth floor of the villa complex, it is a great spot to enjoy an Island vacation any time of year. 

Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by the modern kitchen which includes custom cabinetry and granite countertops.  The large work area and dining provides seating for six. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the cookware and serving pieces needed for a delicious meal for the whole family. Master bedroom features a king size bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom. Guest bedroom has two twins and private bath. The open kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to cook while enjoying a glass of wine and the view all at once! Welcome to 7170 Harbourside.

NOTE THERE IS A SPIRAL STAIRCASE TO BOTH BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS.  JACUZZI PICTURED IN PHOTOS IS NOT IN USE.

Great location. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.The condo was great. The sliding doors to the patio were a bit “wonky”. One wouldn’t open and the other was less than smooth getting it open. Other than that, no complaints.

Exceptional waterfront condo

Spacious and comfortable condo on the marina (not the beach). Waterfront views with dining, shopping and entertainment options within the complex in east walking distance. Easy parking and access to to Palmetto Dunes resort amenities. Great experience and pet friendly to boot!

We had a very nice stay. Charming and quiet area if you want a peaceful, pleasant stay. The parking is very convenient with not having to punch codes in gates.Excellent location with many near by restaurants and shops, not over crowded, and walking distances.

Lovely quiet location/Captains Quarters

Our original property in Harbourside 2 the first night the fan motor burned out. The next day we were transferred to Captains Quarters which we loved. Beautiful condo all on one level with great view. Trident's quick response much appreciated for 85-year old family member.
