Great property, close to everything you need while visiting Hilton Head. It was our second trip to the area and we can't wait to get back. There is nothing the host could have done to make our trip better, he was fantastic by providing maps, fun things to do and restaurant recommendations. It's a first level location thus easy access, but not high enough to view the beach. Everything that you might want is supplied. There was a minor bathroom leak which was promptly taken care of and the owner followed up. Owner was great to work with from booking to the end of stay. Highly recommended 10 stars.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is really convenient since it’s located close to the beach and close to the pool. The condo is the perfect size for a couple but staying as a family would be very crowded. This was our second time staying at the complex and I will say being on the first floor definitely beats the fourth floor. My wife and I have taken up a new sport Pickleball since we had such a great time in Hilton head.

Wonderful location!

David was very kind and even sent lots of recommendations. This location is perfect for the ocean (no steps at all to the beach) and entertainment. The condo had plenty of things to offer. However, our ten year old was too big for the bunks. Would be perfect for a couple’s getaway or family with toddlers.
