This property is in need of an upgrade... Bed and furniture old. Was not very clean when we arrived. The front door was very dirty with sticky stuff all over it. We cleaned it. The broom provided was so old and beat up we couldn't really use it. We called for a replacement, and it took a week and a half to get it. The best thing about this place is the location, great and the grill...

Stay at Sea Pines in Hilton Head

The place is in a PERFECT location. You can walk into Harbour Town and the tennis courts are across the seat. Quiet and secluded but close to everything (great restaurants, activities, etc.). The place is clean and the pictures are accurate. The host is attentive and very responsive. If you are traveling with a pet you have a place off the back to walk your pet. Will definitely stay again when we go back to Hilton Head!

My negative feedback is only about the property management company. They were not in the office at check in time. Called 2 numbers to try to locate and left messages but no return call. When I finally reached them, they said they had a slow day so they didn't come to the office. They said they left my paperwork in the dropbox. They said there was a sign in their window, but their windows are tinted so dark that I saw nothing. Maybe next time put the sign where it can be seen. Waisted 45 minutes sitting outside their office. Very unprofessional. They said they texted me but I do not read texts from numbers I don't recognized. They should have emailed. The only negative feedback about the condo was that the smaller bedroom closets smelled very strongly of must/mold and we could not put our clothes in there.
