HHI slice of heaven

Great location, beautifully decorated, very nice amenities. Few items needed fixing; lock for sliding glass doors not working, toilet seat lid in middle bathroom top floor loose, small items. Great stay and really lovely.

Great place to stay the week at Hilton Head Island.

Only 1.2 miles from the beach. Parking is only $1 an hour but get there early. Biking is also an option. Used the pool every day. Perfect size for our small party of 4 adults and 3 kiddos.

Great Vacation on Hilton Head

My family and I loved the property and the location of the house. It was perfect for our family. The house was spotless and the pool was great. My boys used the pool and the ping pong table every day. The management property was great. I emailed them asking how to turn on the light in the pool and somebody came over to turn it on for us. Great service. The location was great. Five minutes to many of the beaches. We will defiantly book the house again if we return to Hilton Head

Summer Vacation 2024

The property was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and activities in the lower level. My only issue was with the neighbor who owns the property beside this house. They were very rude to us. I did receive a call from the rental company apologizing for their actions and making sure we were ok.

Good time

The neighborhood was still under construction, but wasn't too loud. It had great views of the marsh and we enjoyed watching the tides. The pool was a bit small, but was fine for our smaller children. The rec room in the basement was a perfect place for the kids to play. There were lots of items in the kitchen for cooking, including an ice cream maker we used to make our own homemade ice cream. The decor was also very cute! Close to lots of things on the island, and a short drive to the beach. Great stay and lots of memories!

Lovely House

The house is so well decorated, fresh, clean and spacious. Lots of games and fun things to do-ping pong, giant jenga, pool toys, corn hole and board games, plus TV's in every room with Netflix etc. Kitchen is modern and well stocked with pots, wine glasses, waffle maker, etc. The beds are super comfortable and the view of the marsh from the upstairs master is beautiful. The upstairs deck has comfortable chairs and a great breeze at night. The pool is very small, but was nice for cooling off in. We rented bikes and rode to several beaches, stores etc. The roads are kind of busy near the neighborhood, but once you get off the main highway, it is nice. We had two couples and 5 teenagers and it was perfect house for us!

Beautiful House - Questionable Management

Absolutely beautiful house...the house is a 5+ stars. Has everything you need, new build, pool, great kitchen, good sized bedrooms, cool AC, beach equipment you can borrow, close to the public beach access, great view of the bay and weekly fireworks, truly an awesome venue. The management company on the other hand...definitely leaves something to desire. They sent lengthy instructions about the temperature of the refrigerator and to wait a day to report an issue, which we did...then we reported it didn't work...then a guy came out to *shrug* followed by another guy that unplugged/plugged back in...communication was lacking...lots of excuses, confusion, and letting us know they manage 50 properties. Eventually by Wednesday we had a refrigerator that worked in the kitchen. Was promised monetary compensation, we're about a month beyond our reservation and that's never happened. There was also some trash that wasn't taken out and windows that needed cleaned. So...AWESOME house...lacking management company.
