Winter vacation

We found this location perfect for us to reconnect with friends in Savannah/Beaufort area. Host was excellent at responding to questions before and during our stay. Equipment for pickle ball and beach came in handy. We brought our bikes and stored in resort bike racks nearby.

Great Condo and Location

We had a great stay at this condo in HHI. It was the perfect size for two adults. The condo itself was clean and nicely furnished with cute beach-themed decor. The linens were nice and appeared to be fairly new. The condo was in very close proximity to the pool and beach, but situated on the perfect side of the building to also have a pretty and quiet view from the balcony. Amy and Andy were very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect location to the beach and pool!

We enjoyed our HHI experience this week more than we expected and the location of this condo had a lot to do with it. We loved being on the first floor with 3 younger kids, as it was easier to haul things to and from the water. It is steps away from the pool and beach and we enjoyed most mornings out on the balcony with the fountain view and a little alligator friend too! ;) The condo provided us with sand buckets, boogie boards and beach chairs which was also helpful so we didnt have as much to pack. We hope to return to this very same condo next summer!

Location is perfect!

Owners were wonderful to work with! This first floor condo was equipped with everything we needed and more! We cannot wait to visit again!

We had a great time!! We had plenty of space for the 4 of us! The condo was in a great location to the pool and to the beach! Amy got back to us quickly with any questions that we had!

We found insects called carpenter swamer ants all over the premises of the Condo and every time at night hundreds of these bugs would come out of the kitchen cabinets. We spoke to the owner of the Condo about this and she sent pest control to help resolve the issue but then told us that we should not leave the sliding door open in order to prevent this. We never left the sliding door open as the AC was always running. We were told we would be getting no compensation due to this issue because no past visitors had this issue however we sent many picture proof evidence of the bugs. We ended up leaving our stay a day earlier because we could not take the infestation.
