Our Beautiful townhome has been completely renovated in every way, it has a private balcony upstairs and a great private patio just outside; The kitchen is fully equipped; Washer and Dryer in condo; Keyless front door entry; Book and stay at this home, sitting on the balcony enjoying a cup of coffee on a beautiful morning or around the table at the patio with family and friends...This unique place has a style all its own. 2 assigned Parking spaces for the house. If you have more than 2 cars, let me know we can work on it. swimming pool on site.

1, go to Jarvis park to see alligators -1.2 miles
2.go to Shelter Cove Park for a sunset pictures and Killwins ice cream 4.2 miles
3. Go Harbor Town eat at the Quarterdeck and watch the sunset or joint all the cruise tours
4. go to Shelter Cove Marina if you want late night alcoholic beverage and see statue of Poseidon 4.5 miles
5.go to see an "island on an island" - Deer Island across the street from Harbor Town in Seapines
6.go to stables on Sea Pines to feed horses with apples and carrots
7. Play Mini golf at Pirates Island Adventure Golf (4.2miles)

Movie theater cross street is always empty and has great spacious seating.

Accommodations were satisfactory. The keyless entry was a bit difficult to lock when leaving. We did not receive check in information until 9:30 am the day of check in and was unable to get in contact with host until that morning after multiple attempts the previous 48 hours. Smoke detector battery was missing, and the dishwasher would not run.

Nightmare! Owner non responsive.

I first tried to contact the owner about the check-in process to no avail. They would not message or take my call. Called VRBO and got a code to go into the apartment. The apartment was old and just repainted. Paint was peeling from areas in the apartment. Back sliding door had been cemented shut. The refrigerator had no ice maker or trays for making ice. All the blinds had no up and down adjustments and were stuck at about 6 in. off the window sill. Recently refurbished must be the same as lipstick on a pig. Just paint over where old paint was peeling. The smell of set off my wife's asthma and gave me a headache just a few minutes after arrival. Told VRBO about this situation and left within about 15 minutes of arriving. Never heard from the owner and never went back there. Found another place that was very nice for 150.00 less for the two nights. Have not been offered a discount or refund and would not suggest anyone stay at this location.

Paid an extra day to Gloria Yang, via Cash App. She failed to notify VRBO and the cleaning company. They harassed us to check out the next morning, and even SHE sent emails trying to bill us again. Cleaning lady opening the door… Ringing the doorbell, every few minutes while I’d gone to the beach and my son started behind. Total mess. She never even issued an apology. She allowed us to stay until 12, instead of 10. I spent that 2 extra hours cleaning, but let them know I’d never be back!!!
