Check in time and arrival to property was at 4:00 pm. The unit had not been cleaned from the previous renter. Reached out to Property Manager by phone / text. After not receiving a response in a timely manner, reached out to VRBO for resolution. Property manager did respond and apologized for the inconvenience and contacted housekeeping to respond asap. We gained access at approximately 6:00 pm, two hours late from our original time. The unit was cleaned properly at the time. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience but there was a sincere apology from the property manager.

Place was great. Quiet unit up on the 3rd floor. Balcony felt like you were up in the tree tops. Pool was beautiful as was the beach. Unit was well equipped. Our only complaint was the mattress in the second bedroom but the owner indicated that was getting replaced soon. Otherwise would have given a 5 star rating.

This was a perfect place to stage our Hilton Head Island spring trip. The location is superb with Coligny Plaza directly across the street and the beach a mere block away. The unit was well appointed and very comfortable. The beach amenities were much appreciated (umbrellas, beach chairs and an awesome collapsable beach wagon!). The hosts were very responsive and we hope to return again some time soon.

The location was perfect - right next to Coligny Plaza. The condo was on the far side of the complex though and was quiet. We liked that the car was secure in the garage. The pool wasn't open but we used the hot tub three times. We loved the beach theme and layout of the condo and it was well appointed. I only gave it 3 overall stars because the mattresses need replacing badly. We did not sleep well. Although still nice, this condo is well loved and needs some attention. All the little things added up.

We stayed over MLK weekend while the island was very cold and had an awesome stay!!!! The condo is very clean, cute, and well kept. It was perfect for 7 seven college girls! The freezing weather had us staying close to the condo but there was shopping and restaurants right across the street we walked over to! The host was very friendly and had clear and easy check-in and check-out instructions! It was also super super close to the beach. I would love to come back during warmer weather

Great location. Beach just minutes away and they provide a wagon to help bring beach supplies. Beds were unbelievably comfortable. Colignay Plaza was right across the street which is amazing with all the restaurant choices and shops. Definitely will be staying again!

Overall Great Place

We had a great stay at the condo. The only issue we had was the elevator was broken and since it was in the middle of the summer this was not ideal. The location was great! The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked. The set up was perfect for 7 ppl - we were not crowded at all and the two large bathrooms made getting ready easy.

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. I have the most picky family when it comes to travel accommodations. They were all pleasantly pleased. It was perfect!! The location was excellent. Walking distance to everything. The condo had everything you needed. The host was always responsive to all of my questions. Answered in minutes. Would definitely stay again

Great place to stay

I lived and worked on the island for many years and have actually worked right next door to this property so I knew the location was perfect. It was a very nice stay at this property, Nancy was very helpful and informative prior to my trip, my check in and very nice about reaching out to her during my stay if anything was needed. Not only would I stay here again, I’d also have no problem staying anywhere else Nancy has due to her service. Thank you for an enjoyable and comfortable stay Nancy.

Great location and peaceful

We really enjoyed the location of the property. Very safe with gated area for entry, cars and bikes. Very close to the beach and downtown coligny but definitely quiet at night. We enjoyed the large sectional in the Livingroom. Very nice the bathrooms are each in the two rooms.

Wonderful condo - perfect location!

We stayed for a week in this beachy fabulous condo and it was just perfect! On site parking and elevator made everything a breeze! We walked to dinner almost every night - so much to do and you are in the middle of it all!!
