Love, love, this villa. Right on a golf course; here is a quiet area that has a beautiful back area with lots of trees and shade. Great parking for two vehicles, with an easy load area. The large deck in the back was nice; it was enjoyable to watch the golf patrons that came by. The whole rental was comfortable and very clean; the decor is light and calming. This particular villa is on the end which gives a little more privacy. The Kitchen was great, stocked with any tool needed. Only drawback E-bikes are restricted; but we found many areas on Hilton Head restrict E-bikes. On a positive there are plenty of rental bikes that are allowed everywhere on the island. Even with this said we would“Definitely” stay here again.

Parking right in front of unit. Easy check in. Villa very clean. The host has a good eye for decorating Villa had a beachy vibe. King size bed was very comfortable and loved the master bedroom shower. Quick ride down to beach. Did not use the pool at Waterford. Only complaint was both bathrooms were located upstairs, no bathroom on the first floor.. Quiet end unit back patio faces golf course. Would recommend

The host first and foremost. She went above and beyond. Usually I am much less in need of help but not this trip, due mostly to personal matters along with winter weather. Each time she was absolutely wonderful. The condo became my home away from home. I felt relaxed, cozy, and comfortable. A very decent sized kitchen, Comfortable chairs and couch. Bed was super too. I think when a place helps you relax and enjoy your time away, it’s a big bonus. I would be very happy to stay again.

Wonderful Shipyard Condo

We enjoyed our short stay here. The ease of check in and any needed communication with the host was seamless and quick. Many useful amenities and well stocked kitchen for family meals was a great feature!

Wonderful property

We will definitely stay here again! The community is quiet and charming, yet close to everything! We were able to drive a few minutes to the beach club for parking and take a short walk down the walkway to the beach. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Easy to check in and no issues!

Quiet and Relaxing

This is a quiet, spacious condo in a great area of Hilton Head. They have everything you could need to cook, and you’re just a few minutes from the grocery store and great restaurants. The beach access is the other true gem; we always found parking even on July 4. When we drove over to Coligny Park one day I was amazed at how much busier the beach was.

Very comfortable and cozy villa located on a beautiful golf course. It is furnished with everything you need for a short or long stay. Beds are extremely comfortable. Outdoor patio on first floor overlooks the golf course and is very private. We make it a point to stay here whenever in Hilton Head. Keli the owner is a top notch host. She responds without hesitation to any question or concern.

Family vacation

Very nice and clean condo. Located close to beach and Coligny Plaza. Had a bit of trouble with the air conditioning but the owners were easy to reach and problem was solved. We would definitely stay there again! Our grandchildren had an amazing time. Thank you.
