Si me gusto estubo agradable solamente que no me gusto que no sabia donde ir para pedir toallas ,papel. Llame pero no me contesto tenia que dejar mensaje en realidad no mire una recpcion o atención al cliente para ir hasta alla. Y lo demas estubo bien la cama comoda

This was a great place to stay with young kids! The room was perfect for a family of 6 and grandparents! The bunk room was an absolute hit! Also, the living room was great for hanging out in. There is some noise from the indoor pool area in the evenings, but also there is an indoor pool area that is SO FUN (and worth the noise) for all the kids! This was one of our favorite beach trips yet. From the beach to the pools, it was a perfectly situated place. You do have a walk a little ways to get to the beach but the wagon and everything at the condo makes it so easy to pack up and go! We did it daily with kids under 8 with (minimal) fussing! It’s also close to many stores and restaurants. I highly, highly recommend staying here!

The appliances did not work well at all. The beds and furniture had not been cleaned in quite some time. Way too much dust under them. Everything else was fine.

This condo has everything you need for the beach to have fun !!!! The beach is a little walk but during peak times there is transportation . Communication with the landlord was amazing and this weeks weather was great

The property itself was nice, along with the pools and beach, but the villa was not cleaned by check in time and wasnt ready until almost 2 hours later. A/C unit was broke and not fixed until the 6th day of our stay. During the stay to fix it the A/C repair company was in the villa from morning until evening. They provided a window unit that only provided cold air to the dining room. Was not given any type of refund for the issues.

Great vacation!!

Enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head Resort. Great to have boardwalk to beach. Beach area very nice. The rental was very nice & met our needs. Lots of extra beach toys for kids. Nice to have beach wagon & beach chairs. Great to have pool options. Heather responded very quickly to questions. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful place. Great bed options, kitchen was well stocked. Great beach items, wagon, puddle jumper, beach/pool toys and coolers. Outdoor balcony. In the building with indoor pool. Just a haul with kids or no kids to the beach.

Clean condo, beautiful beach

The condo was very clean. Property is older, but well kept. The boardwalk to the beach was fabulous and the beach was beautiful. Pool was also great. Definitely recommend! We also had a problem with the keypad lock and Heather responded immediately and figured out it was a dead battery and we replaced with batteries in the condo. Condo is well stocked with beach equipment and toys and beach wagon was key!!!

Peaceful HH getaway

If you’re looking to be away from the bustle in a reasonably priced condo this is your place. Quiet, comfy with tons of amenities for kids. The walk to the beach was beautiful, not a deterrent in my opinion. Room was well stocked and clean. I’d stay again

Disappointed that the outdoor pool was not heated as advertised. The master bath tub was extremely high to step into (my husband had a knee replacement). The closet full of outdoor toys was a nice bonus.

Great place, ok location.

First of all Heather the property manager was wonderful. Got back with any questions very quickly. The property was very clean and comfortable. This is a rather large complex. The four buildings are numbered 1 through 4, 1 being closest to the beach. We were in building 3. Even though technically a beach front property it is a little over half mile walk to the beach from where we were. There are several pools, tennis courts and a small restaurant. The folks that run the restaurant are some good people. The resort seems very secure with a guard house at the entrance. Overall a nice place but a little far from the beach for us.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there to pick up our new Marine. They enjoyed the pool and the track around the indoor pool as well as the gym. The room itself is very roomy.

The condo was fairly updated and had nice furniture, but the overall feel of the resort itself felt very dated. I was a little disappointed to be honest, as we had never stayed here before. The condo owners did have the unit well stocked with kitchen and beach items one wd need for a family stay, and the condo was clean, except the floors had not been mopped and there was trash under one of the beds. Also be aware that you can’t rent a golf cart if you stay at this resort

Great for Our Family

This condo was great for our family vacation. Lots of things for the kids to do within the resort, multiple pools, pickleball, etc. but the main attraction was the beach! It is about a 5-8 min walk across a boardwalk but wonderful and not too crowded once you get there. We ate at Coco's several times since it is such a unique and convenient place right on the beach end of the boardwalk. Our kids loved low tide at the beach because the ocean receded so much there were tidal pools and lots of space for them to run and play! The property manager, Heather, provided us all the information we needed for our stay a few days before we got there making check in/out easy. We will certainly keep this condo on our list of favorite places to visit.

Indoor Pool and Hot Tub were a LIFESAVER!

The weather did not cooperate with us much, so we were incredibly grateful for that indoor pool! It was such a fun spot, we all loved it, the sauna and spa were awesome and the location of the condo is perfect. Close to everything. The condo is bright and cheerful, beds were great and super comfy, and everything was awesome for our stay. This place is great!
