This Beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Ocean Villa is situated on the 4th Floor of the Atlantis Building, within the Oceanfront Island Club Gated Community. It has been completely updated and offers breathtaking Oceanfront Views and inspiring Sunrises.

The Ocean View Living Room features comfortable updated furnishings, a Large 55" Flat Screen TV, and a Private Oceanfront Balcony with ample seating. The open floor plan includes a Dining Area seating 6, a fully Equipped Kitchen, and Laundry.

The Oceanfront Master Suite is furnished with a King bed, 50 in Smart TV, and a Private Bath with Glass Shower. In the Guest Bedroom, you will find a Queen and a Twin bed, a 43 inch Smart TV, and a Private Bath with Tub/Shower Combo. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Perfect family condo/resort

We LOVE this resort! Amenities are great for family! Best beach access we have had! The mats for rolling carts are a must. Only suggestions would be better wifi connection, mattresses, and fix the ice maker. The decor and set up was perfect. We will be back!

Great Beach Condo

The condo was wonderful, very clean, and we had a beautiful view of the beach from our porch. Great convenient location to many restaurants and shopping. Plenty of towels and kitchen was fully stocked with whatever pot or pan we needed to use. Our only negative was that it was very busy at the condo complex. We never had an issue finding chairs at the pool, but the pool was small and had so many people in it every time we went. We would stay again though.

Loved this Island Club unit. The unit was well appointed from top to bottom including the starter kit of supplies. The only thing that was missing was coffee..LOL. We loved all of the finishes throughout the unit with great touches in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. We’vre stayed in the island numerous times and loved this location as well. The location of the unit was just as described in the photos as well as the ocean views. The complex looks a bit dated overall, but, the unit really makes up for it. The only “negatives” would be that the sofa felt a little cheap and uncomfortable to sit on, the linens/towels were a bit on the cheap side as well, and the king bed was comfortable, but, seemed to make a lot of noise with the box spring when shifting around. These are small details for what was a great stay that we actually tried to extend. Property management was responsive to a couple of special requests before and during our stay. Highly recommend this unit to anyone…

July vacation

Check in process was seamless. We love the entry by code to the room instead of a key. This made it very easy with different family members use of the room during the day. We have stayed in this same condo 2 other times. We really like the condo, that’s why we have come back. I did have a few concerns this time. The over cleanliness of the room was not as good this time. When we turned down the queen bed in the second bedroom there was money in the bed. So we questioned whether or not the sheets had been changed and laundered. That is concerning. The master bathroom had a urine smell to it. We cleaned and sprayed but at times you could still get that smell. I wonder if the commode plunger was part of that smell. The air conditioning worked well except the master bedroom never felt as cool. We tried to vaccum, the wheels were tore up on the vacuum cleaner and would not turn. The broom needs replaced. It barely had any bristles in it. Over we love this condo, but I would suggest investigating into the housekeeper. Not sure you are getting quality work from that employee. Love the location and the condo complex. Our grandson loved the kitty pool. The blue mat to the beach is a life savor. I would suggest maybe having black wash clothes for make up removal. That would save a lot of White washcloths.

Perfect place for beach access and ocean view

The unit is located in the 4th floor of Building 3 in Island Club (one of the slanted buildings). The pictures don’t do justice; the ocen view (despite being at an angle) is great thanks to the large green space between buildings. It’s a 2-minute walk to the beach. The unit has a nice size family room and kitchen (we didn’t do any serious cooking but there are quite a few pots and pans). Small washer/dryer unit located inside is very convenient. Soap, shampoo etc provided is very limited so make sure you stop by wal-mart before checking in. Beach towels were provided although we really didn’t need them. We rented lounge chairs at the beach which was very convenient. Close enough to whole foods, wal-mart, etc though you certainly need a car to get to those. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Would stay here again if I go back to this island…

Great Location!

We spent a week here with another couple. The condo is very inviting, clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is great and stocked with everything you need. The balcony is perfect every time of day without direct sunlight beating on you and great views. We hope to stay at this exact property on our next visit to HHI!

Loved our Spring Break vacation

This was our first trip to HHI and the unit was just as pictured and described. Location is absolutely awesome, steps away from the beach ( morning sunrises, balcony overlooking the waves). It was just spectacular. I was very pleasantly surprised by cleanliness of the rental. Our family does a fair share of traveling and this listing was exactly what I wanted and delivered above and beyond. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable and it just felt very inviting and homey. We brought out bikes and I felt very comfortable leaving then locked in the outside bike racks provided by the resort. Pool was very nice and my son and my husband took advantage of the gym on site. I would definitely recommend this rental and I could not have asked for anything better.
