We had another wonderful stay at this Hilton Head condo over spring break! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and so convenient to Coligny Plaza with all the great shops and restaurants nearby. We also really appreciated having access to the Seacrest pools, which our family enjoyed throughout the week.The condo itself was very clean, well-appointed, and stocked with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. This was our 8th year visiting Hilton Head Island and our 2nd year staying in this condo, which says a lot about how much we enjoy it.We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient Hilton Head getaway!

The condo needs a good cleaning. Don’t expect beach towels or frying pans that don’t have the Teflon scraped off. Overall, I like North Shore Pl., but this wouldn’t be my choice of a unit to rent.

Perfect Location!!

We parked our car on arrival and didn’t get back in until we left! Condo was clean and well stocked. Right across the street from shopping, plenty of restaurants, grocery store and coffee! Easy beach and pool access. We had a wonderful time, very quiet. There’s a strict noise policy, so even the live music across the street was done well before 10pm. My only comment is that it is time to upgrade the master bedroom mattress, as it is rather uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was lovely!

The property was great! The unit was located close to restaurants, shops and a very short walk to the beach. The parking garage was under the condo complex and required a code to enter. The unit had everything we needed including some nice extras like hand soaps at each sink. We would not hesitate to book this property again!

Great relaxing stay.

Great location. Right next to Coligny plaza. Plaza has lots of stores & places to eat. There are several restaurants in walking distance such as The Sandbar, Flatbread Grill & Rock Fish. The beach is close by. You can either walk across the road and down the street or go down to main entrance. Close to both ends of Hilton Head. The property is kept clean & secured. The condo is clean as well. Bed are comfortable. It does get chilly in the condo. I suggest either bring warm clothes or if you can a blanket. Only a sheet and thin bed spread are provided. If you aren’t aren’t picky about aesthetics, with any place lived in, there were a few cracks in the one bathroom floor like someone previously dropped something. Ding in bathtub and kitchen floor to name a few. The towels are basic towels. Bottom line condo was comfortable and had plenty of kitchen dishes and appliances. Furniture in living room were comfortable. We had a great time & would rent the condo again.
