Love the location

My husband and I have been coming to Hilton Head for three years. This was by far the best property we stayed in. The location was great, the communication was excellent. Would definitly stay here again.

Great Getaway

This property was well stocked with all the kitchen items we needed. It was clean. Linens were clean and stocked. Communication was great with management. The neighborhood and unit are nice and quiet. We would stay here again. The furniture is bare bones and seems on the cheap side, but it met our needs. This isn't a luxury property, but it is nice.

Summer 2023

We had a great time. The neighborhood was very nice. The house was plenty big for our group of 7. My only negative comment is that this is a corporate owned property. You have to supply your own trash bags, dishwasher, soap, laundry soap. They give you a one day supply. I would also suggest you bring extra toilet paper as they were only two rolls per bathroom. Additionally there are no spices not even salt and pepper, so it makes it a little inconvenient to have to buy All of that if you plan to cook. which is the main reason we stay in an home instead of a hotel. You have to have a parking pass to be on the property which was supposed to be mailed to us and was not. Fortunately the area that provides the passes was open but they had to call the property management company and have them send over approval for new passes. Our unit wasn’t rented the day prior and when we asked to check in early, they said they would accommodate us but it would be $100 fee to allow us to check him three hours early which I thought was kind of ridiculous especially since that unit has been vacant for several days.

Lovely location - a neighborhood within a short distance to the beach

Clean, all conveniences are modern and make the vacation. Great. Beautiful view off the back deck. Comfortable pets and high-end amenities. Great location.

Highly recommend

Close to pool and tennis courts, great view of golf course. Perfect layout with master upstairs and full bathroom on the bottom. Love that it was dog friendly too. The only con was the smaller couch in the living room for a family of four but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the living room because we were mostly on the go.

Amazing and family friendly property!

Rented this property last minute and it turned out the be a blessing in disguise. Loved everything about the property from it being clean, family friendly (group of 8), and the location was perfect. It was close to all the amenities the resort had to offer and just a 2-3 minute drive to the beach. Everyone slept comfortably and had a relaxing and fun time. Overall, we had an amazing, relaxing, and stress free vacation and enjoyed our time renting this property. It had everything we needed and for the price it was well worth it. It definitely exceeded my expectations. We would not hesitate to book this property again in the future. Thank you to the owner for letting us rent this property and thanks to Hilton Head Properties who made sure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed to have a wonderful and memorable stay in Hlton Head.

Weekend at HJ

Celebrated Hubby’s 57th Birthday. Great weather, great restaurants and friendly Carolinian’s along with other folks all over the USA! Fun weekend with a short drive back to Savannah.

Great location, but needs work

The location and golf view of the condo was great. However, this unit needs work. The sofa is awful, feels like it’s about to collapse. The beds and pillows need to be replaced and the carpet needs to be cleaned. We have owned and rented out property before, as owners you need to be sure your property is up to date and in good condition.
