You’ll share the property with the hosts and their friendly dog, plus free-roaming chickens — real Kiwi country living! Perfectly located for exploring beaches, bush walks, bike trails, and local swimming holes.

Good to know: Pets by approval only (lead required). The mezzanine stairs aren’t suitable for toddlers. Rainwater is filtered and safe to drink.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s unique guesthouse. This quirky & cosy holiday home is everything we dream about — tasteful interior, comfortable bed, functional amenities, convenient location, and best of all, adorable chickens that kept the kids entertained. Sarah is a wonderful host with great communication. The Hikuai/Pauanui location made it easy to travel to all main attractions around Coromandel. We would love to go back for another vacation at this home away from home.
