We stayed six nights and really enjoyed our time there. The room was comfortable and rustic. The highpoints were the friendly helpful staff and the beautful grounds including a small lake. Free laundry was helpful after weeks of travel for us. Breakfast included was really good. Close to many waterfalls and the temps at 4000' elevation a relief. Easy access to the town of Highlands.

We felt so cared for here. The people were nice, breakfast was delicious and for a rustic cabin in the woods it was great that there were working tvs, refrigerators, coffee makers and microwaves in the rooms. Beautiful scenery , friendly staff, clean, and centrally located. This will be our future vacation stop. Amazing prices!!

This was a great get-away hotel. It's near downtown (about 1/2 mile) so I sometimes walked to shops and restaurants. I liked that it isn't cookie cutter and rooms look like they were built during another era. I slept with my windows open (sometimes turned on overhead fan). There was an air conditioner but I didn't need it. The rooms were clean (I vacationed with family) and comfortable. A sink problem was addressed right away. The staff were friendly and helpful. We're already planning next year's stay at this hotel.

Very pleasant accomodations! Could walk into Highlands! Definitely would recommend!

This hotel was clean and nice. The room was a little dark, but that could have been because the weather was dark and stormy. I nice place to stay the night before dropping kids off at camp!
