Overlooked by the Larina plateau, in a natural and wooded setting you will find the calm of a bright architect-designed house with a wooden frame of 190 m2, accompanied by another independent wooden house of 60m2.
Nature has remained preserved in this sector of Isle-Crémieu located about 30 km east of Lyon.
Hiking trails await you in a green setting.

The main house with large picture windows is fully equipped. 3 bedrooms on the ground floor have 2 beds 90x200 cm, that is 6 beds.
A parental suite with double bed 160x200 with its individual bathroom with bath upstairs.
Large furnished terraces await you outside to enjoy the garden.
In addition you have in annex another small independent house of 60 m2. This house is fully air conditioned. Upstairs it has 4 single beds and on the ground floor a sofa bed.

Geweldig huis!
Cette maison était vraiment une fête ! Nous y étions avec 12 personnes pendant une semaine. Superbe emplacement contre une montagne dans un village très calme. La maison est vraiment fantastique : très grande avec un immense jardin et un logement séparé à côté, décorée avec beaucoup de style, grande cuisine avec toutes les garnitures, une deuxième cuisine extérieure avec toutes les garnitures, plus qu'assez de salles de bains (vous ne vous gênez jamais les uns les autres) et une belle piscine avec des chaises longues, des coussins et des sièges dans l'eau. De nombreux sièges confortables à l'extérieur et suffisamment de divertissement : un terrain de pétanque, une table de ping-pong, des balançoires, un terrain de volley-ball et de grands objets gonflables pour la piscine. Le propriétaire est très accessible et trouve très important que les gens passent un bon moment. Cette maison est vraiment une énorme recommandation !

Un séjour familiale en pleine nature
Une maison très spacieuse très bien équipée , idéale pour un séjour en famille , la nature , le calme et de nombreuses possibilités de randonnées pour tous , une petite ville" Crémieu" à proximité très agréable apportant non seulement toutes les commodités mais aussi la découverte d'un patrimoine , nous y avons passé de très bons moments à recommander pour les amoureux de la nature et du calme.
