There are 3 bedrooms up with queen beds and 1 full bath up, 1 full bath downstairs. The bath downstairs is really meant for a tub bath rather than a shower as the shower rod is curved and its a drop ceiling in the bath. Feel free to use as a shower but the upstairs shower is the preferred shower. 1+ car Detached Garage- can fit 2 smaller cars or one larger such as a truck. Travel insurance is recommended as plans do sometimes need to be changed, especially due to bad weather. Pets are not allowed due to allergies. Set in a residential neighborhood and. blocks to restaurants and tourist center. The kitchen, dining, living room, & sunroom are on the main level. The 2nd full bathroom is in the lower level. The lower level bath is better used as a tub than a shower due to the wonky as it is a curved shower rod. There are Hardwood floors on main and upper levels. The upper bath has new shower tile. New appliances, blinds/drapes, along w/mattresses, towels, etc. The kitchen has everything you need. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher. It is on a busy street so you will hear rush hour traffic in the morning around 6:00 am. The other 2 bedrooms face the side and back of the home and are a little quieter. You can use Duraflame logs only in the fireplace if you want to have a fire. You can get single Duraflame logs at Lowes, walmart or Super 1. The code for the door will be sent the morning of check in as you have to use it within 24 hours. The cleaning fee is for the cleaner to come to change/wash the bedding /sheets, bath and floor cleaning, vacuuming, and other cleanup which takes a few hours so we just ask that you leave the home as you found it, other than those things. Towels should be put on the bathroom floor that you used, and beds that you used should just be left unmade so they can check for pretreating anything. Trash can be left in trash can or brought to the garage garbage can. If it is a Monday and the trash is full in the can and you need more room for your stay you can put the garbage can in the garage out in the alley for pickup on Tuesday if you want to. Amy provided clear information about everything. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well-appointed and there are games to play and lots of places to sit. We went up there to go to Sax Zim Bog which didn't disappont but we heard about the High School and highly recommend booking a tour, it's a block away. You can go on a 1, 2 or 3 hour tour. Fascinating history and a gorgeous auditorium, complete with Tiffany glass for the Exit signs.

No Surprises!
5 stars all the way around (or even higher). Many VRBO’s cut corners with rummage sale appliances, furniture and decorating. Not this one. This is what you expect in a VRBO but rarely find. Host was top-notch.

Family funeral
The property was very nice. The location was perfect. We were in town for a funeral and this house was centrally located and offered everything we needed. The house was charming and we enjoyed staying in it. The Sun room was our favorite my husband and I enjoyed many talks out there while enjoying our coffee before the kids got up. Overall it was lovely and we would stay here again and would recommend it as well. We were able to negotiate a late checkout which was tremendously helpful due to a late flight out of town. Thank you Amy for all of your help! We visited under sad circumstances but the house was a lovely escape for us. We enjoyed the fireplace and the record player and being on the Main Street in town to watch all the people from the sunroom. 10 out of 10.
