Prima verzorgd huisje met leuk terrasje. Gelegen in een kleine wijk in Hermigua, met mooi uitzicht op een bergrug met bananenplantages aan de andere kant van de vallei. Redelijk veel verkeer door het straatje, en parkeren is soms lastig. Directe omgeving is de wijk Nuevitas; rommelig; mix van vakantie huisjes en permanente bewoners.
