Excellent Property

We stayed here for one week as we made day trips all around the area. The condo is very spacious and comfortable, and the surrounding neighborhood is very quiet. The kitchen is excellent. Antonius is a helpful and friendly host.

Heppenheim visit

The property was clean and spacious with beautiful views of the countryside. We were very pleased with the overall experience, however, we do have a few comments. Weather was hot, it would have been helpful if fans were available for use and perhaps additional shades on the west windows would have kept temperatures more comfortable. First night a blaring alarm sounded from outdoors at approximately 1 am waking us from our sleep. Second night at 3 am our son heard loud voices from outdoors that woke him from his sleep. Thank you!

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber - die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber und ist großräumiger als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Ruhe genossen!

Zusätzliche Gebühr für das Tier

Zunächst möchte ich sagen, dass ich keine Beschwerden über den Vermieter und die Wohnungen selbst habe. Dies ist eine Bewertung einer bestimmten Buchung auf Hotels.com. Erstens wusste der Vermieter überhaupt nichts von unserer Ankunft und Reservierung und die Unterkunft war noch nicht für unsere Ankunft bereit. Nachdem wir die Unterkunft bezahlt hatten, übertrug Hotels.com unsere Buchung an Fewo-Direkt, aber aus irgendeinem Grund hatte der Vermieter der Unterkunft weder mit dem einen noch mit dem anderen eine Verbindung. Zweitens entspricht die Beschreibung der Unterkunft auf Hotels.com der Realität nicht. Da steht, dass Haustiere willkommen sind, aber der Vermieter war nur bereit, einen Hund bis 10 kg zu akzeptieren, und für eine Katze musste ich 25 Euro extra bezahlen. Und ich fordere eine Rückerstattung dieses Geldes von Hotels.com. Ich habe keine E-Mail für eine Beschwerde oder ein Feedback-Formular gefunden, also schreibe ich hier.
