I've rated the hotel down as there's no lift access to the second floor and no porterage available. The breakfast menu was very limited and remained the same for both days of our stay. Also the in-house restaurant was closed both nights we were there and high meant we had to go out of the hotel. The lady managing the guest check-in was very good and very helpful.

Stay was lovely. Had a soa and it was great. Breakfast was disappointing and bizarre. Asked for a toasted cheese sandwich with tomato and told they can’t do that. Saw cooked tomato on another offering and asked if I could have toasted cheese with cooked tomato. Can’t do that. When the dish arrived, it was a toasted cheese and tomato sandwich. Go figure! Far cry from the previous breakfasts of croissant, yoghurt, fruit, juice and coffee all BEFORE the cooked brekky when this property was part of Accor.
