Further down the hall the property features two bathrooms, central bathroom with clawfoot bath, walk in rain head shower and toilet and additional bathroom with shower and toilet.
The open-plan living/dining area is warmed by central heating in cooler months and cooled by air conditioning in summer and natural light fills the dining kitchen space. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, whether you're brewing your morning coffee or cooking a relaxed dinner. The luxurious lounge reminiscent of a 1940” s Hollywood set features plush seating and a Ned Kelly wood fire. The property has a laundry, ducted heating throughout.
