Cabin Getaway

My partner and I were in search of a cabin to stay in as a Christmas Getaway for the two of us and Mike and Cate’s place was absolutely perfect! The hot tub was lovely on a chilly night and the decor of the house was beautiful. In fact, it gave us some inspiration for our new build. The check-in process was simple and the website was very informative. We will definitely try to book again in the future!

The house is nice and modern. Well supplied kitchen and bathrooms. Thought the price was a bit steep for this rental. Beds are very firm. couch is very comfortable. Hot tub would not stay hot and jets did not function well. The deck is nice and specious with rockers and loungers.

NC roadtrip

Words cannot express how AMAZING this property is!! Beautiful inside, cozy, super clean, and the views...OMG. We stayed here with our Cane Corso dog child and there was lots of room for everyone. The hosts think of every little detail from smores to dog treats to sofa covers. Excellent property, excellent hosts. Would definitely book this property again. Thank you!

Wonderful and relaxing!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Mike and Cate's cabin. The home was clean, cozy, and the views of the mountains -- gorgeous and peaceful! They thought of all the perfect touches -- including dog treats for our two pups that came with us. They were very communicative and helpful with answering all our questions. We would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you Mike and Cate!!

Best Couples Cabin in Asheville!

Me and my wife stayed here with some friend and this place is awesome! We’ve stayed in a lot of short term rentals and actually run one ourselves. This place is fantastic. The place was so clean and well thought through. The heaters in the bathroom are so nice. Hot tub is great. The beds were super comfortable and the bamboo sheets were expensive and luxurious! The deck was so clean and new!! They had everything for a great stay and would highly recommended!

One of the best VRBOs I have stayed in!!

Our experience started with excellent communication from The Host, a link to the property and quick support to our questions. We arrived after sunset and the home was lit up and welcoming in the woods. The pictures don't do the property justice. Absolutely beautiful location, great furnishings and comfort for our entire stay. It's often the little things that make a big difference... like a little S'mores Kit to use in the outdoor fire pit. Lights that are motion activated as you walk down to the hot tub, and a light string throughout the backyard. Felt safe and private. If we ever find ourselves back in the Asheville area we will definitely stay here. I do understand my review doesn't make that task easier, as bookings should be brisk. But I feel others will thoroughly enjoy this property as we have. It was an awesome experience. Mike Passaglia Pewaukee WI
