Good Stay......breakfast great!!! Will stay again.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the room was very nice. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The continenetal breakfast was ok.

The staff were great, the rooms had a musty smell. I purchased some air spray so my scrubs would not smell. The manager was a total Loud Mouth Jerk! Very rude and let the customer know I don't care if you don't come back acted very upset because I brooked through a media.

The hotel could use some upgrades. 1. No vending machines 2. The phone system ( no voice mail ) 3. Business center 4. The staff was very accommodating. 5. Whoever owns the hotel needs to spend some money on upgrades.

This hotel was the worst. The rooms were dirty and infested with ants and fire ants. I found other people's hair everywhere, the towels had stains in them, the tub looked dirty, the linen had stains, as well as the carpet. The furniture was outdated and ripped and the bed was hard. The staff was nasty and took more interest in their phone conversation with their friends than helping the guests. The hall smells of cigarette smoke and housekeeping would not allow you to get any rest for them knocking on the door yelling housekeeping repeatedly and just for simple things like giving you an HBO TV guide for the month of September when it's one day away from being December. This hotel so needs to be updated. They won't have to worry about me coming back to stay ever again.

We went to a local concert venue in Loiusburg and this is the only hotel in the area. It was average. Staff was friendly but slow. Only one person working when we checked in and out. It served it's purpose and we sould stay there again if needed.

It was OK but there's nothing to compare it to down there.

wanted a nights rest got a basket ball team over my head called front desk repeatly and asked them to do something about the running and the jumping and the loud banginging after over a hour from 11 to 1 am nothing done finally fell to sleep but no rest , went down to talk to front desk basket ball team still having great time over my head at 10 am . manger said i dont run this hotel for charity . gets into a argument with me about why i didnt call the police durning the night while they are still having a big time . didnt ask for my night to be fre or discounted just to move us or them treted us awful

Except for the manager yogesh shah, the staff was great. He wasted several hours of my time, at check in, check out, and over a few days complaining about my use of an online booking service and getting too good a rate. (!) I also did not like hearing him yell and curse in the halls at the housekeeping staff. The bedspread was so dirty it HAD to be washed. He was NOT happy about that, as "it wasn't 6 months since the last washing". Seriously. When it came back it was so much brighter I thought it was new, but it was the same one. He rents the meeting room, which is not sound proofed for music, to a group on Sunday mornings and nights. They play an organ, drums etc., and bang away for hours. Till 10 at night. If not for the location I would never stay there. Until they hire a new manager I will avoid it like the plague.

We were there because we had business there. The hotel is average, the staff was very pleasant. It was good, nothing special.

Everything was OK until we needed to use the bathroom, the toilet would not work, we went down to the front desk, and the did give us a Plunger to try to unplug...no maintenance guy at 1200 midnight. Anyway, other than that the room was OK. But definitely the toilet detracted from the stay in this Motel.

We stayed overnight for a real estate closing. The staff was terrific. The room was clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was better than most with a good selection. We would recommend this Days Inn to anyone.

It's the only modern hotel in town so you really don't have any other options. There is no competition and they know it. Just your average Motel 6 type hotel, although they do serve a continental breakfast which is nice.

The staff on duty when we arrived seemed rather distant. Whenever we entered the lobby, it seemed as though we needed to force her to see us. The lack of an elevator to the second floor is a definite negative. But this is the only hotel in town. The rest of the staff we encountered was very available and friendly.

This hotel is the only hotel near our annual family reunion homecoming celebration and lots of people stay here because it is the only modern facility in the area. I am disappointed that the entire building smelled of smoke. As soon as you walk into the lobby you inhale smoke. The rooms and the bathrooms were not clean. The carpet in the hallway and stairs were not clean. The whole place just looked dirty. Please take some of the profit from all the people who spend there money and stay there, to fix up the place.

At checkin, which was very late, 1 am, clerk was unfriendly and acted like she didn't want to be bothered. I reserved two rooms, I thought I reserved non smoking rooms, we needed one smoking and one non but I could not figure out how to do that on the website. While checking in I asked which I had reserved and if it could be one of each and I was told NO YOU CAN NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES BECAUSE YOU BOOKED THROUGH A BOOKING AGENT AND WE CAN NOT DO ANY CHANGES. I signed for the rooms and asked for a copy, and was told NO YOU USED A BOOKING AGENT AND YOU WILL GET A RECEIPT FROM THEM. Room was missing TP, When we called to the front desk they did not answer the phone, after three tries we used our cell phone to call the hotel number and told them what was needed, TP and asked for 2 extra pillows, they did not seem pleased to fill our request. The TP and pillows arrived, the pillows were not very clean and they sent the pillowcases for us to put on, they sent two queen pillows and two standard cases. The pull out sofa was broken and not real clean. I let the pull out sofa unfolded and used the coffee table to hold it up, thinking that maybe they would do something with it but not it stayed that way the four days we were there. The sheets were too small for the bed and would not stay on, you spent the night fighting with the sheets because the corners would not saty on and they rolled up under you and you were on the not real clean mattress. The bed was not comfortable. The continental breakfast was average. The lady kept the area stocked and clean and she was very friendly. We had a family get together just a few miles away and that was the only reason we did not check out after the first night, we had family in town that haven't been together in years and we did not want to waste time driving back and forth we wanted to be close.

Convenient location, close to where we needed to be. Called to request early check-in, told no at first, but was then allowed to check-in one hour early - which is all we really needed. Room was very clean, but walls were very thin. Heard everything that took place in the hallway. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.
