Einiger Ärger

Bei der Ankunft falscher Code für den Schlüsselsafe. Kein Kontakt zu Novasol möglich - nur Computerstimne mit den Verweis: "Alle Angaben im Internet." Internetzugang nicht möglich, da router mit Pin im Haus. Rettung durch den einzigen Nachbarn, der zum Glück zu Hause war und die Pin kannte. - Die Gebühr für die Reinigung sollte lt. Vertrag bei Hausübernahme cash geleistet werden. War nicht möglich. Durch Umtauschgebühren und Gebühren für den Rücktausch des Bargeldes entstanden Kosten von ca. 50,- €. Dann wurde von Novasol eine Überweisung der Reinigungsgebühr nach Rückkehr nach Deutschland gefordert. Machte noch einmal eine Gebühr von 10,- €. Nie wieder Novasol!
