Diese beiden Wohnungen im Neubau wurden im Jahr 2023 fertiggestellt. Sie erwartet dich mit einer tollen Ausstattung und bietet Platz für bis zu 17 Personen.

Hier kannst du perfekt als Gruppe oder auch als Firma deine Mitarbeiter unterbringen. Es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt.

Nach dem du dein Auto geparkt hast, kannst du die Wohnung betreten. Dich erwarten eine über 220 Quadratmeter mit 5 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Gäste WC.

Du kannst bei uns deinen Tag mit leckerem NESPRESSO-Kaffee oder einer Tasse Tee beginnen und all die wunderbaren Annehmlichkeiten genießen.

Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Premium Box Spring Betten und 2 haben auch einen Arbeitsplatz.

Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine bequeme Sitz Schaukel auf der man super Bücher lesen kann. Zudem gibt es ein schönes Designer Sofa mit Schlaffunktion. Auf dem 55" Fernseher kannst du in Ruhe Netflix oder TV schauen.

Die Küche ist auf sehr gutem Niveau eingerichtet um gute Leckereien zu kochen. Außerdem verfügt Sie über Backofen, Geschirrspülmaschine, AEG Ceran Feld, Kühlschrank, Gefriertruhe, Waschbecken und allem was du sonst noch so brauchst.

Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Regendusche ausgestattet.

Wenn du noch einen Stock nach oben gehst, gibt es ein tolles King Size Bett und ein paar gemütliche Sitzsäcke für entspannte Spiel Abende.

Wunderschöne Appartments

Wir hatten ein paar fantastische Tage mit der ganzen Familie (Familientreffen) in Hemsbach. Die Appartements waren super eingerichtet und ausgestattet, alles sehr modern und es wurde an alles gedacht. Der Kontakt war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich! In der Umgebung gab es viel zu erleben, tolle Spielplätze und Badeseen. Wir können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne mal wieder!

Contra:- Trotz sehr moderner Wohnung merkt man schon deutlich, dass an vielen Ecken gespart wurde: Die Möbel und Einrichtungen sind zwar stylisch, aber nicht besonders praktikabel und durch günstigen Einkauf auch schon leicht verschlissen (Schäden an Duschtüren und -kopf, Regale, Heizung).- Die bestellten Kinderstühle waren nicht bereitgestellt.- In der Anzeige wurde mit Netflix geworben, dies war nicht verfügbar (der Fernseher konnte das schon, aber nur wenn man auch den Account selbst mitbringt).- Eigentlich gehört jeder Wohnung ein Stellplatz. Wir hatten mit zwei Wohnungen keinen Platz mehr im Innenhof.Pro:- Die Wohnung ist wirklich sauber.- Man hat für mittelgroße Gruppen genug Platz um sich auszubreiten.- Es ist alles da, was man so braucht.
