Diese schöne Neubauwohnung im Anschluss an unsere (auf AirBNB sehr beliebte) Altbauwohnung wurde saniert, renoviert und modernisiert. Sie erwartet dich mit einer tollen Ausstattung und bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen.

Nach dem du dein Auto geparkt hast, kannst du die Wohnung betreten. Dich erwarten 130 Quadratmeter Maisonette Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bäder mit Regendusche, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit exklusiver Kücheninsel, Dach-Terrasse.

Du kannst bei uns deinen Tag mit leckerem NESPRESSO-Kaffee oder einer Tasse Tee beginnen und all die wunderbaren Annehmlichkeiten genießen.

Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Premium Box Spring Betten und eines hat auch einen Arbeitsplatz.

Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine bequeme Sitz Schaukel auf der man super Bücher lesen kann. Zudem gibt es ein schönes Designer Sofa mit Schlaffunktion. Auf dem 58" Fernseher kannst du in Ruhe Netflix oder TV schauen.

Die Küche ist auf gutem Niveau eingerichtet um gute Leckereien zu kochen. Außerdem verfügt Sie über Backofen, Geschirrspülmaschine, AEG Induktions Feld, Kühlschrank, Gefriertruhe, Waschbecken und allem was du sonst noch so brauchst.

Die Badezimmer sind mit Regendusche ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung ist toll und war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber. Allerdings müsste bei der Ausstattung stark nachgebessert werden. Im Hof parkt jeder wie er will, es ist nicht ersichtlich, welcher Parkplatz zu welcher Wohnung gehört. Außerdem sind weder Nudelsieb noch große Salatschüsseln vorhanden. Was wir allerdings am nervigsten bewerten, war der viel zu kleine Esstisch (kein Platz für mehr als 6 Personen) und die Schlafcouchen. Bei der Buchung war nicht ersichtlich, dass auf einer Schlafcouch nur eine Person Platz hat. Sie war zudem richtig ungemütlich. Im Wohnzimmer zu schlafen ist bei 10 Personen mit 4 Kindern nicht sinnvoll. Zum Esstisch: wenn man eine Ferienwohnung für 10 Personen anbietet, soll
