This was a very frustrating experience. We had to cancel our trip to Helsinki because of a serious personal emergency. We promptly notified the property, but they were unresponsive for three days before finally telling us that the booking couldn't be canceled. We are very disappointed that we lost our money and the property showed no willingness to help us during a difficult time.
