We stayed one night during a 24-hour layover. Hotel isn’t in the best condition and needs a renovation. It was fine for a night but think we could have also done better. Overall, it was a bit disappointing.

Hotel is situated very close to Central Station, about 7-8 min walk. Tram lines are right outside the hotel. Also metro station as well. Hotel room is spacious enough, beds are comfy, hotel staff very helpful. The best part is the breakfast buffet. It is a full breakfast buffet with all sorts of hot and cold food items, make sure you pay a bit more to include daily breakfast. Its all worth it. One morning we had to leave very early to catch the morning ferry to Tallinn so we had to skip the breakfast, the front desk was kind enough to pre-pack a breakfast sandwich and juice for us. You just need to tell them the night before and the breakfast-to-go is ready for you at the front desk. Exceptional service! The only complaint I have is the bathroom. The shower stall has no door, only an open glass pane separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom. So each time after someone showers the entire floor is wet and makes it hard for other people to walk in. It makes a mess each time. It will be better if the hotel installs a door or at least shower curtain.

The hotel is very close to the main train station, and close to the centre of town. My room was fairly compact but was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. They have a secure room for storing luggage, and were happy to hold onto my bags for most of the day while I looked around town.

About 400m from the railway station, it is bang in downtown. Several lively bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Room are small with barely any walking space. Ok if you are in transit. Not for long stay. Helpful, friendly receptionist.

Even though the location is right at the center of town which considering very good and convenience. We stayed here for 4 nights .Nevertheless we had experienced a bad bad room service from them : Firstly , they didnt change the bed sheet (as we found the same stain spot at the sheet the next day) . No rubbish bin cleaning . The worst thing we will never forget was a shower/window cleaning mob inside the bathroom. Because the draining hole is at the rim and high and water will be collected at the middle. We encountered the flood every time we took a shower. So we need to exhaustedly use the given mob to drain the water every time. We requested the room changing at the front desk, the lady there said it happened every room. She asked us to be patience. No policy to changing. WTF.....

The hotel has a good location, just 400 meters from the central train station in Helsinki. Although everything else does not have the wow effect. The rooms are small and tired, the smell in them is unfresh, the appearance is shabby.

The hotel is very close to the central station and the bus station where you take the bus to the airport. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable even if it had a slightly annoying creaking. The staff at the reception is very nice and the breakfast buffet was complete.

Close to the railway station. Within walking distance of several main sights in Helsinki. The room was quite small. Good breakfast. Rather impersonal as can be expected from a hotel chain establishment.

I stayed several days. Friendly staff. Clean room. Breakfast room nice and big. Nice view of the street and the trams. OJ and apple juice are separate as you come in. Food area is a couple steps up. Tram stop right out front. Metro station is a couple doors down. It has a food court including Hesburger. also, it has a K market supermarket. One day I rushed to catch the tram and left my jacket in the breakfast room. Coming back I just wanted to get to my room. As I to the elevator, the desk clerk stopped me. He handed me my jacket. I did not have to ask. Note: the threshold to the bathroom is 2 inches tall. Nearly tripped several times.

First time i visit hotel, it smell smoke from fire in other building. Very bad treat that time. Now everyting was normal. Nice and helpful staff. Very much people in the breakfast restaurang. But a good standard hotel, to standard prices. Little booring lounge in reception.
