I had a reservation through a 3rd party Dec 26and 27. Had to add on a night on the 25th, tried to explain all of this at check in and the woman at the desk blew me off. I even stopped and questioned her again water I would have the same room for all 3nights. She assured me I would. So the next day when we return our belongings are gone and our room was changed and another party was in our room. I feel that I should get a refund of some sort. Anna was working in the breakfast area. She was so friendly & helpful. I hope she can be recognized for her excellent service. The food was hot & fresh. The coffee was good! Everything was orderly and so clean. She was efficient and professional but very welcoming and friendly in a normal way. It made us feel good to be there. Also our room was clean and really very nice! We will definitely stay again at this hotel. Thank you so much for helping weary travelers to feel rejuvenated on a long trip.

I was very disappointed that the room we had booked and paid for - king bed with whirlpool - had been given to someone else! I would not have gone out of my way to this hotel if I had known we were not going to be able to enjoy this room.

We reserved 2 connecting rooms and were told that our rooms would not be connecting due to having been booked by a 3rd party. This was a great disappointment. One of the rooms has a non working tv.

The property and staff are great. My only complaint is that half the hotel is on the side of the ramp to I78 which makes it harder to sleep. Ask for an odd numbered room to be on the better side or bring ear plugs. If you are gluten free be advised they do not have any cereal or bread options, except bagged instant oatmeal. Overall, we felt very welcomed at the site.
