Das Preis leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.sehr sparanisch eingerichtet.Geshirr abgezählt für 2Pers. Mini Mülleimer kein Hinweis wo Leerung möglich ist.Mini Handwaschbecken im Bad. Insgesamt dringende Renovierung notwendig.

Bitte nicht Buchen!

Sorry, wir haben fast 1 Woche gebucht und haben sofort nachdem wir nur 15 Minuten im Haus waren, das Apartment reklamiert. Bis auf weiteres Grossbaustelle mit Kampfmittelräumung vor dem Haus, da das alte Aquarium abgerissen wird. In dieses Apartment muss vom Eigentümer investiert werden. Das tut er nicht, nicht einmal ansatzweise. Drehstühle sind nicht benutzbar, Fussleisten und Löcher werden im Holzfussboden mit Zement oder Beton aufgegossen. Gardinen schmutzig. Bad? Desolater Zustand. Duschwände defekt und extrem dreckig. Es gibt kein Wohnzimmer, obwohl 3 Zimmer angegeben sind. Küche, Flur, Wohnen in 1 Zimmer wäre okay, wenn man sitzen könnte, da aber die Drehstühle kaputt sind: keine Chance. Wasserkocher extrem verkalkt, Induktionsplatten dreckig... Bitte nehmt Euch ALLE Bewertungen zu Herzen! Sie sind nicht übertrieben - eher untertrieben. Das ganze Haus und das Umfeld sieht ungepflegt aus. Von der Sicherheit ganz zu schweigen. Auf Helgoland stehen alle Haustüren offen: Da das Apartment nur einen gewöhnlichen Bartschlüssel besitzt, ist hier null Sicherheit gegeben. Das Positive: Die zentrale Rezeption hat sich sofort um eine neue Unterkunft für uns bemüht. Und das in der Hauptsaison. Muss man es aber erst soweit kommen lassen? P. S. Das Appartement ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Als einzige Sitzmöglichkeit gab es zwei marode Stühle auf Rollen, auf denen man nur sehr unbequem sitzen konnte. Das Bad war nur oberflächlich sauber, die Duschkopfhalterung war defekt.Der Boden im "Wohnbereich" hat geklebt. Der Preis steht in keinem Verhältnis zur Leistung.

Preisleistungsverhältniss stimmt leider gar nicht, Ausstattung ist sehr dünn und die Möbel sind auch nicht mehr die neusten. Für das Geld kann man mehr erwarten. Baustelle aktuell direkt vor der Türe. Ruhe hatte man leider nicht. Trotz alledem war es insgesamt sehr sauber!

Bei der Anreise hatte die Rezeption (Sammelrezeption für mehrere Unterkünfte auf der Insel) keinen Schlüssel zum Appartment, es bedurfte einiges Hin- und Hergerenne und dauerte ca. 45 Minuten bis ich einen Schlüssel bekam. Immerhin kompensierte die freundliche Empfangsdame dies mit einem Gutschein für eine kostenlose Überfahrt zur Düne. Das Appartment selbst ist zweckmäßig, sauber und als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Ordnung. Es ist frisch renoviert, allerdings offensichtlich mit schmalem Geldbeutel. Im Schlafzimmer sind die Fenster falsch montiert, eine der Jalousien im Koch-/Wohn-/Eingangsbereich bereits defekt, die Duschtür rutscht sofort aus der Führung. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Kochgeschirr ist recht knapp bemessen. Was besonders unerfreulich war: Der Herd (2 Platten) war für mich unbenutzbar. Vermutlich ein Induktionsherd, mit dem das Kochgeschirr (ich habe eine Pfanne und einen Topf probiert) nicht kompatibel war, jedenfalls blieb Alles kalt. Fazit: Ok, wenn das Wetter schön ist, man die meiste Zeit draußen ist und auswärts isst.

Ich habe das Greenhouse Appartement gebucht,aber leider nur ein Klassik Appartement bekommen. Darüber waren wir nicht sehr erfreut . Ansonsten,dass Zimmer war sauber.
