My room did not have a functional TV or refrigerator. They moved me to another room and the microwave didn’t work and there were wires coming out of the ceiling where the smoke alarm should be. I just stayed in that room. Quite dirty, and the breakfast was not out on time. Hard to understand the staff. Just rough all the way around.

We had to keep having our room key reprogrammed; we couldn't get in. After two days and at least 10 keys reprogrammed, it was determined that they needed to replace the electronics; the e-key reader no longer worked at all. They were supposed to have the e-reader replaced on the door; the clerk said it was an easy fix and would be completed before we returned to our room. When we returned that evening, the e-reader still didn't work, and the night clerk had to open our door with a master manual key. She wasn't sure it would work, but fortunately, it did. We checked out the next day. The room was just OK, needed a good vacuuming, and the bed tilted toward the headboard. The TV didn't work. When they installed a temporary TV, it didn't work either. They didn't offer any discounts for our inconvenience. We will not be staying there again.

Room was old and outdated, holes in the walls, smoke alarm was beeping every 5 minutes when we arrived took maintenance awhile to get there, carpet so stained, smelled, chair stained, tiny tv, thin walls and thin ceiling so loud, bedspread stained, towels stained, bathroom tap leaked and had hard time shutting it off, crappy breakfast, overall worst hotel I have stayed at in my life and I’m 65 years old

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Very noisy outside the windows. Shower head had a hole in it and was spraying the wall and ceiling and could see mold forming. Only had 2 towels in the room for a family of 4. Trash left in the hallway. Breakfast was late to start and very minimal options. The second day there was no cereal. One waffle maker and many people trying to eat. We will not be staying here again.
