The maid Chris on my floor was so welcoming and kind. Everyone at the front desk was delightful. I needed some help from maintenence for my door bolt and he was very nice also. I loved the friendliness from everyone who works there.

looked like a nice place from the outside. once inside and in the room not so great. No hot water, way to much chlorine in the pool and could have been cleaner. wi fi was also not working. kids were coughing and sick from being in the pool area in the evening and workers were frantically running around the next morning talking about the pool issues and it was shut down immediately. Boiler was out and were not told at check in. Wifi was down. breakfast was adequate and staff was friendly. it was a quite place to stay. Hopefully they can get the issues fixed quickly.

The breakfast used to be incredible now it seems they have cut corners to save a buck. The pool was overly crowded and not ventilated well the chlorine was so in the area it burned our eyes.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of options and with lots of places to sit and eat from cozy corners to a big family friendly table. Loved it. Enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and visiting too.
