Local's Secret - The newest development area of Deer Valley Resort with COMPLIMENTARY TRANSPORTATION between the house and Deer Valley Resort between 8am - 5 pm daily!

This family-friendly home sits within the new Deer Valley East resort setting, providing you easy access to the back door of the Deer Valley resort. (it is a 2-minute car drive - not a walkable distance, or use the complimentary door-to-door Mountain Mover) to the Deer Crest Gondola with a small lodge, overnight ski check/valet and ticket sales area, and is used primarily by neighborhood residents and locals - it's the best kept secret for Deer Valley -providing effortless access to the resort. It's so convenient, you can even come back to the House for lunch, in the time it takes to dine on the mountain!

This luxury Home offers 4-large Bedrooms and 3 1/2 Bathrooms, comfortably decorated for the Ski & Lake lover. High end furnishings and Viking Appliances throughout the home.

Equally convenient to Park City Mountain Resort & Canyons Village skiing, too. If you fancy a bit of night life it's a 15 minute drive to Main Street Park City.

Parking for three cars available. One Garage spot and two driveway.

The free transportation is provided by Mountain Mover a complimentary ski shuttle program, offered in select neighborhoods (including this home's.) You request your ride anywhere within the Deer Valley East Village via the Mountain Mover app. Rides available between the 8am - 5pm daily ride operation hours.

SUMMER RENTALS: Walk to the lake, and enjoy fishing, kayaking, SUP & Mountain biking around the beautiful Jordanelle Lake. Maintained Mountain Biking & hiking Trails accessible right from the home! We include a free parking pass to the Jordanelle State Park for all of those additional amenities...beaches, volleyball, children's playgrounds, sailboat, power boat & jet ski rentals, the Aquazone and more are all available throughout the summer season.

We stayed here over Christmas with seven people and had a fabulous time. The home is spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. The large dining table was perfect for playing games together, and having laundry facilities and a well-stocked kitchen with lots of basic condiments made everything easy and comfortable.There was no snow on the mountains during our stay, so skiing wasn’t possible, which made the host’s detailed information about other routes, trails, and things to do in the area especially helpful — we ended up using it a lot.The location was fantastic — super close to adorable downtown Heber and also very close to downtown Park City, with tons of great food options nearby.She was also great about letting us bring our dogs and even provided amenities for them, including toys and a bed. We truly appreciated the Christmas decorations she had put up for our stay, which made the house feel festive and welcoming.We would happily recommend this home.

Such a fun getaway with friends sharing this lovely home! Convenient to Deer Valley gondola and short drive to Park City. Very nice pocket neighborhood. Home is nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Karen is very efficient in responding to any questions. Thank you!

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family and our stay-cation plans. It was very clean and had everything we needed while we were there. Wonderful experience! Karen and Rick were welcoming from the first communication and quickly responded to any questions we had. The house is perfect for large, multi-family group and extremely comfortable. Extremely near Jordanelle Gondola with quick access to the Deer Valley Ski slopes. Very easy to reach from the Salt Lake City airport and Park City is a short ride away. We hope to go back again!
