We stayed for 3 nights. When I checked in, we had already prepaid, & she asked for my card, I assumed it was for a deposit. She didn’t give me a receipt, nor did she tell me how much she was charging l No bugs, the mattresses did not have protectors on them though.

That the front office rang my room with some drunk woman looking for her friends after I had already went to sleep. I didn’t appreciate having to be woken up trying to explain that I wasn’t any of the people this drunk lady was looking for. Then I had a difficult time getting back to sleep. Next time I think I’ll stay where the office knows how to manage their calls and don’t let prior customers disturb me.

I really recommend this hotel. While it definitely wasn't the fanciest place I've ever stayed, our room was huge and comfortably furnished with a couch, desk, and BIG television. The mattress was divine and we slept very well. The bathroom was also very spacious with thoughtful amenities. But the best part were the people working at the hotel. They were friendly, gracious, and willing to refund half of my pre-paid stay without blinking an eye. It was obvious that their main concern is the comfort of their guests...there is someone at the front desk 24-hrs a day, back doors are locked at night, there's a nice business station for guest use, and they were happy to refill our ice bucket multiple times late into the evening. There are also several dining options nearby. I would be happy to stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

It has bugs along with bed bugs I have video evidence to prove it the staff was rude they were doing construction work right above the room removing the heating and air unit with the jackhammers and turning to it at 8:00 a.m. in the morning but they said everybody should be up Miss Amy at the front desk is nothing more disrespectful person I've ever met she must be and have a miserable life it's nasty bugs crickets the sheets and stuff dirty that I mean you can tell that they have not been put in for the people
