Close to the park's amenities including pool, bar & restaurant and with almost adjacent parking, just a short drive to Hayle, it's amenities and beaches, with St. Ives and Penzance not far away, Trevithick Court is a great location from which to explore West Cornwall.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.

While it is unlikely during the summer season, the park at Tolroy Manor advises caution should be taken when there is a weather warning in place as the park is surrounded by trees and it is advisable to vacate the park during this period. In the unlikely event of an Amber weather warning or higher being issued for the period when you are due to stay, we are able to cancel your holiday with a full refund or move your reservation to a later date. If you choose to remain at the property this is your choice, and any risk you take is at your discretion.

Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March):
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.

Damp misery

Unfortunately we had to leave our accommodation two days earlier than planned. The property felt damp, although clean it smelt damp, the bedding did not feel clean nor did it smell fresh. I note from the previous comments that this is not the first time this has been mentioned, so it is a shame that nothing seems to have been done about it. It was extremely disappointing as our intention was to spend time with our grandchildren who live in Helston, but my husband's health situation could not tolerate the effect on his lungs. I would not recommend the property without further work to resolve the problem. Sad and extremely disappointing for us and our family.
