You did not give me the room i paid for. You showed me a picture of a beautiful room with oceanfront/ view of the Molakai and Lanai that i thought i booked and when i got there i had the condo next to me facing my room not oceanfront view. I had a partial oceanview to the left that had a palm tree that was blocking my view of the ocean from the 6th floor. I also had a room that had a lot of water that came in from the window from rain and the carpet was soaked. We stayed there from the 6th to the 11th and then Kahana beach resort put us on the 9th floor with the same view as the other room just above the palmtree. I go to Maui in February to see the humpback whales from my lanai its peak season and you throw me in a room to watch neighbors. Not my idea of a good vaction.

Stunning view, however the amenities were very limited. No room service or gym. I had to make my own bed. Not sure why do they charge a resort fee, this is not a resort.

We had a great time. The view was amazing from the studio we rented on the 4th floor. The property was a great value and the staff were friendly. We ate several times at captain jacks next door and missed it when we left.

Staff was rude, garbage disposal didn’t work, a/c didn’t work, lamps didn’t work, cable didn’t work, WiFi very slow get ready to have to use a lot of your own data. No refunds even if they were at fault, even if property had all the malfunction. They don’t care about tourist at all. This place is a rental condos with long term residents so tourist mean nothing to them. That’s why they give you the crapiest, malfunctioning rooms. No room service, no cleaning services. You’re on your own. Place really sucks.
