No elevator to basement level rooms. No sheets on 2 made beds. Wallpaper peeling, wish I had read reviews on Trip Advisor before booking this room - all those reviews are what I experienced. The only other hotel in town was booked full. Had no option. Extremely substandard for Best Western, actually substandard for ANY hotel.

Very very dirty room. No towels or face clothes and no available to the following day. Bathroom power not connected. Wires exposed. Cob webs and dirt.

The outside of the property looks nice. The lobby looks pretty nice. The room we had was in a state of disrepair. Peeling wallpaper. Very hard beds. Floor was sort of damp and greasy. Just not a good hotel.

Avoid this hotel on weekends. Raging party at 12:30-2:00 one floor above. It was loud and the walls / floor are thin. The back of the property looks i look Ike a third world county. I would not stay again.

The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. You couldn't ask for a better value and very convenient location. When the hairdryer broke they replaced it immediately, even though it was late in the evening.

I know that cities and hotels are working together to shelter families in need. Amenities were scaled back and the breakfast provided was not great for people with food issues, but the bed was fine and the hotel was quiet. It's a hard time to be a traveler right now. It just wasn't the same quality of service you would have received before.

Room was not made up two nights in a row. Otherwise everything was excellent. Front desk people were superb!!

New toilet paper was dirty. There was a fire alarm at 3am

We only had to stay one night, that was a plus. When we first arrived our room was around the back and there were people hanging around in between the dumpsters with backpacks, the grounds were overgrown and trash was around the door. We walked into the hall and it stunk of smoke, our room reaked of marijuana, it was dark and the windows were covered in bird poop. We immediately headed for the front desk and were ready to drive the 80+ miles home. The desk was very concerned and gave us a much better room. The pool was so cloudy that even the kids didn't want to swim in it. The next morning we arrived at the breakfast room at 10:02 and the door was locked, when the staff opened it she did offer us coffee which was nice. The staff is very friendly at this hotel but they should beef up the security.

Staff very helpful in handling booking issue--which was NOT hotel's fault. Resolved issue quickly and satisfactorily.

Diaappointed. Not worth the price. Dipressing small room. Breakfast room down in basement with basic breakfast.

Staff was very nice but this hotel is run down and the room and hallways smelled like mold. The air in the room was stale and damp. I only stayed one night but I would never stay here again.
