The interior of Austin's Pointe is tastefully decorated and furnished according to the owner's preferences. Essential amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets/comforter are provided for your convenience. Please note that reservation fees, partial stay fees, as well as taxes and insurance, are applicable when booking at Austin's Pointe.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. Mixed feelings

Carport was flooded the entire stay. Icemaker didnt work. There were knick knacks all over gave house a crowded feeling. Closets had no doors and there was useless furniture in closets and rooms again giving crowded feeling.

Great location!

The house is just a short walk to the beach. From the front porch you get a great view of the sound and can also hear the waves crashing in the ocean. The back porch is a great place to sit and relax. I would highly recommend staying at this house!
