I stayed one night while visiting Hartford. This hotel is convenient, quiet, and affordable. The hotel is a bit old and needs to freshen up its look, but everything I needed was available.

Very close to the highway and some restaurants near by.

Didn't know that the brand was changing, fitness room and pool were not available They couldn't check If points were applied second time we stayed at this location and will be last

Nice affordable and comfortable...You get what you pay for $80.00 a night in April located close to everything and a wonderful in house Resturant.

My room smelt reeked of marijuana and it was a non smoking room. The entire hallway also reeked of marijuana. Don't stay here.

When we arrived we went to the room to find dirty sheets with stains and hair on the sheets. We asked for clean sheets. We were told that the cleaning staff left for the night so they gave us another room. Only to find out that those sheets were stained also. They should hire a cleaning company to clean their sheets properly.

This room was for a friend who came to town, & left the next day

This was the absolute worst hotel my family has ever stayed at. We travel a lot and stay at many different hotels because my daughter does beauty pageants. First, the young lady at the front desk Jeni, was VERY rude second the picture of the nice big pool on the website doesn't exist, third the foot mat in the bathtub was coming up and hold mold and other gunk under it so I couldn't give my daughter a bath before she had to compete. She is 2 so showers are hard. And the TV was from the 90's the big boxy kind and the satellite kept going out. Oh, and I can't forget that on Saturday we went to get in our room so my daughter could change clothes for her next event, which she gets penalized for if she is late, neither of our keys would work. When I went to the front desk they said that they thought I had checked out. How do you not know if someone Checks out? Especially when I paid for 2 nights up front. And all of my stuff was still in the room. But on the plus side, the person in the sales office was very nice and so were the gentlemen that worked there. The restaurant was not bad, the bartenders there are the best! But the restaurant isn't affiliated with the hotel. I would never stay there again!

Our rooms were great. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The shower was perfect. However, there was an awful odor on the first floor and the ladies room on the lobby smelled as well. Breakfast was lacking. If you were into a carb fest for breakfast you were ok. I have paid the same and less for motels in similar type locations and had better breakfasts and the room was dirty! The front desk staff was pleasant and professional!

The hotel's location was very convenient for where we were going. Right off of the Highway made for less travel time.

Every inch of this place was dirty! Staff was very young and rude! Staff did not wear uniform and were always texting and unavailable! Would not stay there again even if it were free!

this motel was going though some repairs they were drilling in walls next room from me at 8:30 am one morning..also hammering at 8 one morning..running the vaccum into my sheets were never changed, one day maid service didn't arrive till after 5 at night..another day my room was never cleaned..I called the front desk. and they said okay we will send toels up..after 4 hours.I had to go get them..never will stay there again..worst motel stay ever

Went to a Funeral. Bad equipment in the room. example {Iron} Rating from a 10 -0 well this particular hotel did not look like a 3 - star hotel. They were retivating, so strong smell of chemicals was smelled in the room and my son as bad allergies problem, so he did enjoy his stay at all. You could smell that strong chemical in the room. To me it rated a 5.

Hotel well located, but rooms were a little shoddy. Lights bulbs missing, outlets that didn't work, and not equipped as advertised. No microwave or refrigerator, or DVD player (see advertised amenities). Cleaning staff polite and helpful. Only one ice machine (third floor for entire five story hotel.) Otherwise seemed disinterested in pleasing guests -the focus was primarily on varied activities in conference rooms, church gatherings and sale of ethnic items. Not worth the price. I got out and about Hartford and environs on my own -asked directions from desk and given wrong names of destinations!!! Found them on a search on my GPS!!!! Enjoyed Hartford museums and parks - nice city to visit. The desk didn't have a map, knew nothing about the Star Bus system and didn't even have a local paper to look up a movie schedule. Told me to go to a store and buy a paper!!!

The hotel was conveniently located off the thru way, however that also resulted on alot of traffic noise all night. Although the room was "cleaned" daily, there was still the same hair on the floors each day. The pool also had the same clumps of hair in the bottom of the pool all three days we were there. The pool water wasn't very clear, and one evening of swimming when we needed to go ask for towels, we were told there were not enough for everyone.
